Heather Gay calls ‘RHOSLC’ star Monica Garcia 'desperate' after ‘botched injections’ claim

“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Heather Gay savagely hit back after Monica Garcia sued her Beauty Lab + Laser for alleged “botched” procedures.

“This lawsuit in the press has no merit and is unfortunately a pattern of behavior from a desperate woman who when unable to pay her bills lashes out to avoid accountability,” Gay wrote via Instagram Story Thursday.

The med spa owner, 49, also defended her “phenomenal” business, claiming that her company is “in the top 1% of providers, with over 3,000 positive reviews.”

“Our injectors are nationally ranked and leaders within the industry and our legion of loyal customers speaks for itself,” she added.

Gay isn’t the only Bravo star to throw barbs at Garcia’s questionable actions.

During an October episode of her podcast, “Two Ts in a Pod,” Teddi Mellencamp said she had heard someone accuse Garcia of being an “ambulance chaser.”

“According to our source, Monica is an ambulance chaser which means she is always looking at frivolous lawsuits,”  the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum said, noting that she could not confirm this herself.

The Salt Lake City-based beauty treatment provider sued Garcia, 40, in August over a missed payment.

On Thursday, Page Six reported that Garcia countersued and accused the company of giving her “botched” nose and lip injections.

In the filing, the Brea Baby creator admitted to only paying a $400 down payment and a $49 set-up fee for the cosmetic services — but said the filler was “negligently given” and “did not have the intended, promised result.”

Garcia admitted that Beauty Lab offered to “fix the damage” but chose to pay for another “competent party” instead.

She is seeking attorney’s fees, pre-judgment and post-judgment interest and other remedies, as well as a to-be-decided amount at trial for “consequential damages” less than $50,000.

The suit comes after Beauty Lab + Laser sued Garcia for missing payments for the services.

Gay’s company had initially asked Garcia to pay “not less than $2,000” for the 10 months’ worth of $200 payments that she did not make.

Beauty Lab claimed in court docs that the company “suffered, and continue to suffer, significant losses and damages” from the breach of contract.

Garcia claimed the company’s initial lawsuit came from Gay’s “personal animosity” toward her.

However, Garcia accused the company of wanting revenge, claiming the lawsuit was based on Gay’s “personal animosity” toward her.

Garcia joined the cast of “RHOSLC” this year for Season 4 of the show while Gay has starred in the franchise since its 2020 debut.

The legal drama between the two Bravolebrities has yet to play out in the current season, which premiered in September.
