Heidi Klum was spotted dressing down in sweats and no makeup as she accompanied her husband, Tom Kaulitz, as they brought their family dog, Anton, to the vet in Studio City on Sunday.
The America’s Got Talent judge, 49, was aided by veterinary assistants and the Tokio Hotel musician, 33, as she helped the large Irish Wolfhound out out their parked vehicle.
The German-born model shared an Instagram photo series earlier in the day that captured special moments from her recent getaway to Palm Springs with her husband and Anton.
The mother of four was seen wearing vibrant, blue baggy sweatpants and a matching hooded sweatshirt with a large pocket on the front.
She also slipped into a pair of open-toed, flat sandals with a colorful pattern on the straps to stay comfortable.

Her long blonde locks were simple pulled up into a messy half ponytail, allowing her hair to effortlessly fall down straight past her shoulders.
A large, colorful straw tote bag was slung over her right elbows to hold essential items she possibly needed.
Heidi’s husband, Tom, was also casual donning tan-colored sweatpants and a blue, short-sleeved printed shirt on top.
A pair of glasses were tucked into the neckline of his shirt, and the drummer tightly held papers in his right hand.
The couple, who officially tied the knot in 2019, were deep in conversation as they made their way through the parking lot.
The vet visit comes not long after the two lovebirds took a getaway to Palm Springs with their family dog, Anton, who was adopted in 2019 on International Dog Day.
The Project Runway star captioned an Instagram carousel shared earlier Sunday morning, ‘Spring‘s,’ along with a palm tree and red heart emoji.
The first snap shared into the series showed both Heidi and Tom soaking up the warm sun as they looked down towards a phone camera with their dog also stepping into the frame for the cute family picture.

The Irish Wolfhound tagged along to a museum located in the desert city, and paused for an adorable selfie as Tom laid a kiss on Anton’s head.
Heidi also paused for a snap with her large dog as she posed outside of a building while surrounded by palm trees, and desert plants such as cacti.
Along with Anton, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel also has a German pointer named, Capper.
The fashion model has often showcased her furry friends on social media in the past, and recently shared a snap last month in January as she enjoyed a day indoors with her husband, along with Anton and Capper.
The TV personality began dating the drummer in 2018, and one year later, the couple said ‘I do.’
Klum shares daughter and budding model, Leni, 18, with her ex and businessman, Flavio Briatore. While still pregnant, the two split, and the star began to date singer, Seal.
After welcoming Leni to the world in 2004, the German-born model and the Kiss From A Rose hitmaker became engaged that same year, and tied the knot in 2005.
They share three children together, Henry, 17, Johan, 16, and 13-year-old Lou. However, after separating in 2012, their divorce was finalized in 2014.

Earlier this month, Heidi opened up if she possibly would welcome another child with husband, Tom. During an interview on The Jennifer Hudson Show, the star played a game called ‘Je or Ne’ which means ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in German.
At one point, the singer asked Klum the question of, ‘Would you ever have another baby?’
‘Sometimes it’s like ne, ja, ne, ja,’ the Making The Cut host humorously admitted. ‘It’s a lot. I’ve done it four times.’
After a brief moment of thinking, the talented beauty finally decided on ‘Je’ or yes. ‘I waited a long time, so, yeah.’
Last year, Heidi discussed her marriage with Tom when talking to E! News’ Daily Pop. ‘I just know him so well. We just gel really well,’ she explained. ‘just feel like, ‘Finally, I found the one.’ So far so good. I hope it stays that way.’
Over the Valentine’s Day holiday earlier Tuesday, the TV host and judge donned a red pant suit while the musician stood closely behind her. She added heart emojis on top of mirror selfie in celebration of the romantic day.
