HGTV’s Leslie Davis has left her fans baffled after she announced her surprise engagement to her Rock the Block colleague Don Reidy.
The Unsellable Houses star revealed that her husband-to-be popped the question during a snowy snowmobile ride in Leavenworth, Washington State, in front of her three sons.
In an Instagram post uploaded on January 14, Davis described Reidy, who has worked as a carpenter on multiple HGTV series, as her ‘person’ and shared a series of photos of them together throughout their relationship.
‘Turns out Rock the Block gave me a win in more than one way,’ she captioned the carousel in part.
‘Somewhere between sunup-to-sundown chaos and lots of laughs, I found my person.
‘Don, you are my safe place, my teammate, and my favorite adventure buddy.’
While commenters were quick to offer their congratulations, many expressed their confusion over Davis’ marriage to high school sweetheart Jacob Davis.
Taking to the comments, one wrote: ‘I’m so confused. I thought you both were married already. When did you get divorced?

‘Doesn’t matter at this point congratulations on your new love. I wish you nothing but happiness.’
Echoing a similar sentiment, another said: ‘Ditto I’m confused too. But congratulations on your engagement.’
‘Me too!’ added a third. ‘I had to re-read this twice because I never knew she was divorced.
‘I remember that he was on their show at one point a few times. Wow. She does look so happy!’
‘When did you get divorced?’ asked a fourth. ‘Congratulations. As long as you are happy.’
Another continued: ‘Did I miss something? I thought you were married for many years. It looks like you are thrilled so very happy for you.’
Davis has yet to share details about her relationship with Jacob, with whom she shares three children.

Together, the duo help ‘desperate homeowners in the Pacific Northwest make impactful renovations to sell their homes in record time.’
Davis and her twin competed on the third and fifth season of HGTV’s Rock the Block, winning the latter.
Of their win, Davis told HGTV at the time: ‘It was so much work.
‘We were so proud of ourselves, but I don’t know if we’ve ever been that exhausted.’
Explaining how she survived the competition with her sister, Davis added: ‘We had each other’s backs.
‘There’s not another human being in this world I could have done this with besides my sister.
‘We’ve had 42 years together and we know what buttons we can push and which ones to avoid.
‘Lyndsay and I have a unique relationship on the block because we’re not significant others. A spouse wants to talk out a problem — we don’t lose time doing that — we process disagreements quickly and move on.’
