The women charge $10,000 for their plastic surgery ‘concierge service,’ which involves everything from arranging private jet travel to booking lymphatic massages during recovery.
‘We do it all. We give you a [list of] surgeons to choose from, we take notes at your consults, we accompany you to your pre- and post-consults and we handle all of your administrative work,’ Obst explained during an exclusive chat with the Daily Mail.
They also help ensure that you follow ‘pre and post nutritional guidelines’ and help with ‘post skincare.’
In addition, they manage and book any aftercare you might need, which can include private nurses, massages or red light therapy sessions.
‘If you need a private plane, long-term stay, recommendations for other providers for upkeep or groceries… we are there,’ Ungvari said.
‘The minute you hire us it’s like having a personal assistant take over your plastic surgery experience,’ Obst added.

‘You relax and hand over the entire process to us. We take care of everything. We’ll just tell you when to show up and where.’
According to the two women, who are both in their 40s and are located in Los Angeles, the stress-free experience makes their services ‘worth every penny.’
‘We anticipate your needs before they have occurred to you. We provide detailed information to make decision-making easy,’ Ungvari dished.
‘Most importantly, we are there for you each step of the way – no questions are too small, no worry is too cumbersome.
‘Our job is to make the client feel they are not alone and that they have everything they need each step of the way without having to do anything.’
The idea came to Obst, a former beauty publicist with over 20 years of experience, when she herself was preparing to get plastic surgery and felt overwhelmed at having to figure out which doctor she should trust to do the job.
‘All of a sudden I was so scared to have someone cut into me. This was my body we were talking about and I was very scared of scars and what I was going to look like,’ she explained.
‘Social media can be scary, misleading and overwhelming. So after my experience, I called up Alana, my best friend of 26 years, who had been in the development and concierge business for over 15 years and said, “Hey, we need to put our backgrounds together and make this company happen!”‘

They launched their company LA Beauty Connect in 2023, and they have since turned it into a booming business
Ungvari had spent years ‘catering to those who expect nothing but the best’ and had become highly ‘skilled at managing high-demand personalities and delivering the kind of flawless coordination that makes a client’s day better.’
So they combined their skills to launch their company called LA Beauty Connect in 2023, and they have since turned it into a booming business.
In addition to handling logistics, the women explained that they act as a ‘support’ system throughout what can be a very stressful process.
‘We are there the way any best friend and confidante would be only with the contacts and knowledge needed to help,’ Ungvari dished.
‘Plastic surgery can feel very lonely and isolating. There is a lot of judgement and societal conversation about what people should and shouldn’t be doing. We are there to support and advocate for you.’
In response to those who think $10,000 is too much to spend on their services, Ungvari said: ‘We are a relatively small investment on a very permanent decision.
‘It is all elective and we encourage people to make choices that resonate for themselves. We want clients that are happy to have us by their sides.’
