2025 is shaping up to be a milestone year for Jesinta Franklin and her family.
The model, 33, who will soon welcome her third child with husband Buddy, 38, announced on Friday that the couple have now purchased a parcel of land and plan to transform it into a luxury farmstead.
‘A year full of surprises and big changes for our little family,’ the AFL WAG wrote on Instagram next to photos of herself showing off her bump at the beach.
‘By the end of this year, we’ll not only be welcoming another beautiful baby, but also moving onto our dream piece of land. After almost two years of searching, we finally found our special place.’
The couple, who are already parents to daughter Tullulah, five, and son Rocky, four, have been open about their desire for a slower lifestyle away from the limelight.
Jesinta said the new property would allow them to embrace the simple pleasures of country living.

‘We can’t wait to fill it with horses, chickens, finally have my dream veggie garden and most importantly – the simple joys of raising our growing family on acreage,’ she continued.
‘I’m so excited to bring you along for the journey.’
Jesinta and Buddy are still yet to sell their luxurious Gold Coast mansion Villa Casa, which they listed on the market in mid-2024 just two years after purchasing it for around $8.75 million.
The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate in Reedy Creek boasts sweeping coastal views, a magnesium pool with swim-up bar, chevron timber floors and marble finishes throughout.
Yet despite its grandeur, the property failed to sell when it went to auction.
It remains on the market as Jesinta and Buddy continue their search for the right buyer.
Jesinta previously spoke about her desire to swap the busy city grind for a laid-back lifestyle closer to nature.
‘If and when we sell, our dream is to buy some land and build a luxury farmhouse. Something that is considered and beautifully designed and built, but also feels lived in and classic,’ she told Domain in July last year.
The couple told the publication they would engage Tidal Constructions, who built Villa Casa, to construct their new estate.
