JoJo Siwa is ringing in the New Year with a rebrand.
Siwa changed her TikTok bio to say her full name, Joelle Siwa, instead of her nickname, JoJo.
Meanwhile, in a Wednesday TikTok, the dancer teased “plans for 2026,” while lip-synching to her 2016 track “Boomerang.”
Siwa, who rose to fame as a child star on the reality show “Dance Moms” in 2015, mouthed the lyrics, “I’mma come back like a boomerang.”
Many fans flocked to the comments section to share their opinion on her subtle name change.
“Her changing her name from jojo to Joelle has to be the biggest pull ever!!!” one social media user wrote. “2026 is gonna be crazy!!!”
“Joelle feels so authentic, wishing you every happiness in 2026,” another follower chimed in, while a third added, “2026: the year of JOELLE Siwa.”
Along with launching her full first name, in 2025, Siwa, 22, debuted a brand new romance with “Celebrity Big Brother” co-star Chris Hughes.
“Chris is literally, like, [my] best friend, family. I will absolutely be seeing him when I go to the UK,” she gushed to The Post in May. “That man has changed my life and I will stand my feet on the ground and I’ll say that.”
Siwa and Hughes, 33, first met on the British reality show and instantly connected.
“I told him this on the last day and I actually told him more in the middle… and I’ve spoken about this publicly. He is meant to be in my life and I don’t know, he’s just, he is Chris,” the artist revealed.
“He’s Mr. Christopher and he’s meant to be in my life, and I’m really grateful that now he is here in my life,” Siwa continued. “And I’m grateful that I don’t have to live a life without him now. Yeah, he’s just Christopher.”
Adding about her time in the “Big Brother” house, the TV star explained, “I think it was just such a beautiful experience that I got to have. It taught me so much about myself. It showed me how I want my life to be and things I need to do in my life. And it also just was so fun. But coming out of the house — immediately you go to this party with 200 people and it’s all the crew. It’s crazy, it’s a whirlwind.”
A month later, Siwa confessed that she felt “pressured” into coming out as a lesbian in 2021.
“When I came out at 17, I said: ‘I’m pansexual, because I don’t care,’” she told the Daily Mail’s YOU Magazine in June. “But then I kind of boxed myself in and I said: ‘I’m a lesbian.’ And I think I did that because of pressure.”
People in the LGBTQ+ community also added pressure.
“From people I know, from partners I’ve had,” Siwa stated. “You just get put in this world where you feel like, because you now have said, ‘Oh, I’m a lesbian,’ you have to be a lesbian. And the truth is, sexuality is fluid.”
While on “Celebrity Big Brother,” the star realized she was queer.
“I feel, like, so queer, do you know what I mean?” she told fellow contestant Danny Beard at the time. “I’ve always told myself I’m a lesbian, and I think being here I’ve realized: ‘Oh, I’m not a lesbian, I’m queer.’ And I think that’s really cool.”
“I’ve dropped the L and I’ve gone to the Q baby!” Siwa exclaimed. “That’s what I love about sexuality.”
