The comedian, 46, and his glamorous wife Eniko packed on the PDA as they kissed during the sun-soaked trip while celebrating her 41st birthday.
The couple cosied up on a sofa at the front of the boat as they shared a smooch in front of the picturesque ocean backdrop.
Kevin later showed off his toned physique in a pair of swimming shorts while his stunning wife wowed in a red bikini.
Eniko looked sensational in the tiny two-piece, which boasted a triangle top and thong bottoms, as the pair went swimming in the sea.
The couple were also joined by rapper and Fast And Furious actor Ludacris – whose real name is Christopher Bridges – and his wife Eudoxie Bridges.

The group enjoyed champagne as they tucked into a lavish lunch while out at sea during the sun-soaked day.
Ludacris cosied up to Eudoxie as they relaxed on a sofa before later that evening the actor was seen running on a treadmill while the sunset.
During the holiday, Kevin and Eniko looked to be without their two children son Kenzo, seven, and daughter Kaori, four.
Emmy nominee Kevin also shares two older children daughter Heaven, 20, and son Hendrix, 17, with his ex-wife Torrei Hart.
There’s a wide age gap between the kids, but the Lift star said he takes it all in stride.
‘We’re in a good place, a family of six and a couple of dogs, it’s a lot going on right now,’ he told Entertainment Tonight in 2021.
‘I say that jokingly but, you know, look, if it’s what the universe calls for and it’s what we’ve decided, then it is what it is.’
He also gushed about their roles as parents.

‘We’re in love with being parents, we’re in love with all the little ones that we have now.
‘I mean, we got teenagers and two toddlers, man. It’s the perfect separation of age. It’s the perfect household. It’s everything that you would think it is plus more.’
It comes as Kevin’s son Hendrix was seen towering over his actor dad during a vacation earlier this year in an unknown exotic location.
The funny man drew attention to the difference in height between himself and Hendrix in a new social media post as the pair posed on the beach.
‘Not sure when this happened but it happened…. He’s officially towering over me,’ the Die Hart star posted.
‘Sh*t pisses me off …. But I love the kid to death… My guuuuuyyyy,’ the doting dad said.
Fans were quick to offer Kevin some advice for dealing with the unequal height situation between the 5’5″ actor and his growing son.
‘Lmao now Kev you knew this was inevitable,’ chided a follower.
