Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West unveiled a set of bold nails in new social media snaps on Thursday.
The 12-year-old – who is the eldest child of the SKIMS founder and rapper Kanye West – uploaded an assortment of photos to her Instagram stories to show off her latest look to her 2.5 million followers.
It comes shortly after the preteen sparked fan concern over ‘risky’ finger and ‘facial piercings’ in recent months.
In one image, North gave a glimpse at long blue nails that contained silver studs and what appeared to be mini piercing embellishments.
Some of the nails also have ‘North-chan’ written in Japanese in pink lettering – which appeared to be in reference to the track Bomb which is found on her father and Ty Dolla $ign’s Vultures 2 (2024) album.
North as well as her sister Chicago, eight, were additionally featured on the song, with the preteen rapping a verse in Japanese.

North’s track, Piercing on My Hand, arrived in early February, with production from her father – also known as Ye – and Will Frenchman.

Last year in January, North made a surprise feature on FKA Twigs’ third studio album, EUSEXUA. She garnered mixed reactions from fans when she rapped fluently in Japanese on the track Childlike Things.
In February, the 12-year-old signed a deal with the label Gamma which is an independent entertainment firm run by former Apple executive Larry Jackson, which has also signed Mariah Carey.
Sources told Rolling Stone that North has already begun recording sessions in a studio under the new partnership.
Earlier this month, Kardashian and her preteen daughter were spotted leaving a nighttime recording session in Los Angeles.
