Kmart 'triple' adjustable sandals

Kmart Australia shoppers have put their best foot forward with a ‘super comfy’ pair of sandals for just $20 – and it’s a ‘dupe’ of a popular $179 brand.

Fashion blogger behind Kmart Insider noticed the budget retailer’s ‘triple’ adjustable sandals look almost identical to Country Road’s Lottie Sandal.

‘Can vouch, the Kmart ones are straight-up comfy,’ she said on Instagram.

Despite the huge price difference, the cheaper pair is made from polyurethane suede and synthetic materials while the expensive sandals are made of leather.

However, some shoppers explained that the $20 versatile open-toed sandals are a great, affordable alternative, especially for those who can’t afford to spend hundreds.

The budget-friendly shoes have been flying off the shelves, and are perfect for summer, whether it’s a day at the beach or a casual look at work.

‘Amazing. Absolutely love these, they are so comfortable,’ one said.

‘What a fab dupe,’ another insisted.

‘Love these. Took them to Thailand, walked around in them – super comfy and love that they’re stylish as well. Well done Kmart,’ one raved.

‘Agreed. So very comfy,’ another added.

Earlier this month, fashion-conscious shoppers, reluctant to spend hundreds of dollars on high-end brands, discovered a $25 item from Kmart that closely resembled a $595 designer version.

The budget retailer is now selling a pair of white Buckle Slingback Ballet Flats, with customers noticing the resemblance to Ganni’s buckled ballerina shoes.

Both pointed-toe flats have similar features, including metal eyelet detailing, buckle-strap fastenings and low stacked heels.

Upon a closer look, Kmart’s shoes have a single row of metal eyelet detailing on each strap, while the Danish fashion brand’s off-white version has two rows.

‘Buckle up! Kmart has dropped a $25 version of a Ganni icon,’ Aussie fashion blogger behind Kmart Insider said on Instagram.

Bargain hunters have confirmed the cheaper flats are ‘so comfy’ while others shared that they were ‘running’ to Kmart to grab a pair.

‘I tried these on, they were really comfy,’ one said.

‘Love the crisp white on the Kmart side,’ another raved.

‘So cute,’ one added.

‘OMG I’m running,’ another shared.
