Krispy Kreme has launched a limited edition collection of doughnuts – inspired by Harry Potter and the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
The range, which hit shelves in the UK on August 18 and will be available for a limited time, has four different flavours – representing the four Hogwarts houses, all retailing from £3.49 – in addition to one speciality option, which costs £3.99.
They include the Gryffindor Doughnut, which is filled Biscoff Kreme and topped with red icing, biscuit crumble and the Gryffindor crest.
The Slytherin is an Original Glazed doughnut with chocolatey and green frosting swirl, dark crumb, silver sugar and a Slytherin crest.
Meanwhile, the Hufflepuff Doughnut is another filled treat – this time with Caramel Kreme – topped with chocolate drizzle, cookie pieces and the Hufflepuff crest.
Finally, the Ravenclaw features an Original Glazed doughnut, which is dipped in blueberry flavour icing, and topped with sprinkles and the Ravenclaw crest.
In addition, there is one speciality ‘one-of-a-kind doughnut celebrating the Hogwarts houses’ on offer.
According to the brand: ‘The new specialty Sorting Hat Doughnut is a surprise house coloured Kreme Kreme, representing one of the four Hogwarts Houses, dipped in chocolatey icing sprinkled with gold stars, and topped with the Sorting Hat piece. Take a bite to see which house you will reveal.’

Among the social media creators who sampled the sweet treats online was Ishan (who uses the handle @ishxn.a). He described the partnership between the doughnut brand and the franchise as ‘the collaboration of the century’
The Sorting Hat doughnut is sold separately in a limited-edition specialty box exclusive to Krispy Kreme shops only, while stocks last.
Accompanying the sweet treat range is a line of Golden Snitch drinks.
These include the golden caramel toffee inspired Golden Snitch Latte (from £4.69), the Golden Snitch Ice Latte (from £4.69) and Golden Snitch Shake (from £5.49), topped with whipped cream, cookie crumble and gold sugar.
