Lady Gaga surfaced for a coffee run in Miami this Friday – two days after postponing her Mayhem Ball concert in the Florida city minutes before showtime.
The Bad Romance hitmaker, 39, shared the news with fans via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, pleading with them to forgive her.
She revealed the decision was made on medical advice, due to her voice being ‘strained,’ and that she wanted to avoid ‘permanent damage to my vocal cords.’
Two mornings later, she and her fiancé Michael Polansky broke cover to grab a coffee together as she prepares to return to the stage Saturday night in New York.
Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, was wrapped in a slinky white lace-trim bodysuit that hugged her curves and was cut high up at the thigh.
Going for a minimal look where makeup was concerned, she swept her signature platinum locks into a high ponytail for her outing and went barefoot.

Adding a touch of the casual to the proceedings, she at one point went barefoot as she sat on a comfortable-looking patio chair opposite her husband-to-be.
Even on a quick coffee run, it appeared she kept a watchful eye on her work affairs, as she brought an iPad with her to her café of choice.
On Wednesday, as she announced the cancelation of her show, its venue the Kaseya Center explained she had done so on the advice of her ear, nose and throat specialist.
Gaga — who was pictured on a yacht Tuesday — posted her own statement at 8:00pm ET, which was the listed showtime on the tickets for the event.
However, Gaga, who kicked off her Mayhem Ball tour back in July, usually begins the show between 8:40pm and 9:00pm.
‘Hi everyone, I am really so, so sorry, but I need to postpone tonight’s show in Miami. During rehearsal last night and my vocal warmup tonight, my voice was extremely strained and both my doctor and vocal coach have advised me not to go on because of the risk it poses,’ she began her lengthy statement.
‘I want to be hardcore and just push through this for you, but I don’t want to risk long-term or permanent damage to my vocal cords,’ the star went on.
‘There is a significant risk based on all our combined experience with a show like ours, and as you know, I sing live every night. Even though this was a hard and agonizing decision, I would be more afraid of the long-term implications on my voice.’

Gaga continued: ‘I hope you can forgive me and accept my sincerest apologies for any disappointment, letdown, or inconvenience. I am so, so sorry.’
‘I tried so hard to avoid this and I take serious care of myself to be able to put on this highly demanding show. I love my fans so much, respect you, and hope you can accept my sincere, regretful apology.’
At the end of her statement she added, ‘We are trying to reschedule the show as quickly as possible.’
Her next show is set for Saturday, September 6, at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Gaga was pictured enjoying some rare down time on a yacht in Miami the day prior.
The artist looked slender in a sleek black swimsuit with a black scarf on her head as she worked on her late summer tan.

With shock white hair and glamorous black sunglasses, Gaga looked every inch an international pop star at the height of her fame.
The crooner was her fiance Michael Polansky as he wore a pale gray hoodie while also modeling sunglasses.
They were aboard a $116,922-a-week luxury yacht complete with six cabins, a barbecue, shower and jet skis.
It has been a busy summer for Gaga: The pop superstar has been on her MAYHEM Ball World Tour and on Wednesday she released The Dead Dance from the TV series Wednesday.
Mother Monster penned the Thriller-esque track for season two of Tim Burton’s hit Netflix Gothic drama.
Over a beat like the Michael Jackson classic, Gaga sings: ‘When you killed me inside, that’s when I came alive.
‘You’ve created a creature of the night/ Now I’m haunting your air, your soul, your eyes.’
A theatrical music video helmed by Burton is also said to be on the way.

Gaga, who will also make a cameo this season, announced at Spotify and Netflix’s Wednesday Graveyard Gala in New York City last week: ‘I had a wonderful time working on Wednesday season two, even just being a small part of the show.
‘I loved working with Tim Burton and Jenna [Ortega, Wednesday Addams] and everyone here, it’s so incredible. Thank you.’
‘I’m also here to confirm my song The Dead Dance is coming,’ she added.
The Abracadabra hitmaker will guest star as Rosaline Rotwood, an iconic Nevermore Academy teacher whose mysterious past entwines with Ortega’s Wednesday.
Per Variety, the track was co-written with her Mayhem collaborators Andrew Watt and Cirkut.
Fuelling speculation around Gaga’s role, she and Wednesday director Burton were spotted filming on Mexico’s infamous Island of the Dolls — a creepy locale littered with disfigured dolls and ghostly lore. Burton praised Gaga: ‘She’s such an artist… working with her is endlessly inspiring.’
Gaga told Entertainment Weekly of her landing the gig earlier this year: ‘I don’t want to give away anything about being part of the show.
‘I want to keep it extra secret – but I love Jenna and I really had an amazing time!’

Her cameo in season two comes after the viral dance from the show set to Gaga’s 2011 hit Bloody Mary.
Meanwhile, Gaga leads the nominations for the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), scoring an impressive 12 nods.
It marks the third time the pop idol has topped the nominations list – a feat no other artist has matched in VMA history.
Gaga’s strong showing is followed closely by Bruno Mars, who earned 11 nominations, and Kendrick Lamar with 10.
