Lana Del Rey gave a cryptic look into her married life and teased her latest music video in a new social media post on Tuesday.
The 40-year-old singer–songwriter shared a new video to her Instagram Stories that featured footage of herself dancing with her husband, Jeremy Dufrene, which was soundtracked to her new single, White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter.
Del Rey (real name: Elizabeth Grant) also released the song in its entirety on Tuesday, after sharing snippets of the tune in videos posted to Instagram in recent days.
She gave what appeared to be a glimpse into her married life and her new video a week after she showed off plenty of PDA with Dufrene during a rare public appearance at the Ralph Lauren fashion show for New York Fashion Week.
Del Rey’s Insta Stories video opened with footage from the 1933 Betty Boop cartoon Snow-White, though it focused on a section starring the character Koko the Clown as he’s turned into a ghost.
Then the video abruptly cut to shaky handheld footage of Del Rey dancing with an ecstatic smile plastered on her face.

The hitmaker, who wore a brown sweater and a beige pleated skirt, pumped her arms back and forth, while her beaming husband stood behind her in a tan jacket.
He bobbed his head back and forth, but he appeared to be focused on cooking or grilling something just out of frame, as he held his arm down while smoke emanated from below the screen.
The clip then ended with a brief snippet of another classic cartoon, 1945’s The Friendly Ghost, which marked the first appearance of Casper the Friendly Ghost.
The comically chunky spirit was seen snoozing with a copy of “How to Win Friends” left open on his stomach.
The supernatural clips added a playful touch to Del Rey’s new single, and they fit well with its dark mood and her whispered vocals.
It was fitting that Dufrene also made an appearance in the clip, as he’s listed as a co-writer on White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter, as are Del Rey’s brother-in-law brother-in-law Jason Pickens and her sister Caroline ‘Chuck’ Grant.
Del Rey’s producers, Taylor Swift associate Jack Antonoff and Drew Erickson, also received songwriting credit.
The credits included two surprising additions: the noted film composer David Raksin and the songwriter Johnny Mercer.
The Instagram video featured clips from classic Betty Boop and Casper the Friendly Ghost cartoons from the 1930s and ’40s, as well as a brief video of Del Rey dancing while Dufrene appeared to be grilling
She also posted a cryptic video of a horse with a flaming mane running through the desert. It didn’t feature any music, just the sound of its hooves clip-clopping against the dirt
Del Rey and Dufrene tend to keep a fairly low public profile, so the unguarded clip of the two dancing was a surprise. They made a rare public appearance last week for a pre-NYFW Ralph Lauren show; pictured February 10
They were credited because the single features a sample of Ella Fitzgerald’s 1964 performance of Raksin’s theme to the film noir classic Laura (1944), which Mercer later wrote lyrics for.
Despite being soundtracked to White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter, it’s unclear if the clip is part of the upcoming video for the single or if it’s just a collection of footage that Del Rey soundtracked with her new song.
The performer shared a second, more cryptic video to her Instagram Stories later on Tuesday.
It showed a brown horse galloping through a picturesque desert landscape while its mane emanated flames, which didn’t appear to be harming the horse at all.
The video didn’t appear to feature any of Del Rey’s music, just the sound of the horse’s hooves clip-clopping against the dirt.

They made a rare public appearance last week for a pre-NYFW Ralph Lauren show, where they shared a romantic kiss on the red carpet.
The lovebirds met in 2019 during one of Dufrene’s swamp excursions and reconnected years later, before tying the knot in September 2024.

‘Like many people who work with large, dangerous beasts, Jeremy has a calm, strong presence,’ Del Rey told W magazine in August. ‘When we met, I realized pretty immediately that I loved him, but that it might get difficult because of what I was bringing to the table’
In August, Del Rey revealed how she fell for her husband, a Louisiana bayou tour guide who spends his days surrounded by alligators.
‘Like many people who work with large, dangerous beasts, Jeremy has a calm, strong presence,’ Del Rey told W Magazine.
‘When we met, I realized pretty immediately that I loved him, but that it might get difficult because of what I was bringing to the table,’ she continued.
Del Rey added that Dufrene reassured her from the start: ‘I work with alligators — I have tough skin.’
And true to his word, he listened through all the drama: ‘All the things that made me upset — and there were so many! — he would just listen and say, “You be you — and I’ll just love you more.”’
Tying the knot in 2024 didn’t make the spotlight any gentler.
Del Rey recalled the intense scrutiny they faced, with drones reportedly hovering over their home to snap photos of their wedding and early days as newlyweds.
‘If I was him, I would have been nervous — my emotions were more overwhelming than usual, and my usual emotions can be quite overwhelming!’ she said with a laugh. ‘But Jeremy was fine. He told me, “Don’t worry about me.”’
And when it comes to music inspired by love, fans have already heard a peek. ‘Stars Fell on Alabama. I open my show with that song — that’s it, so far,’ she revealed.
‘Jeremy is the most impactful person in my life. He’s quiet in public, but around me he talks all the time.’
