Love Island’s Jamie Jewitt has showcased his incredible body transformation, five years after overhauling his lifestyle following a string of ailments.
The reality star, 34, who appeared on the ITV show back in 2017, took to Instagram with montage of himself before and after.
Jamie shared snaps from December 2020 where he boasted a beer belly and said he was suffering from ‘gut issues, arthritis pain, low testosterone and depression’.
The father-of-two went on to reveal how he’d laugh at himself to ‘cope’ with his body issues, before finally turning things around.
Jamie could then be seen in a recent clip with much slimmer frame and gym toned physique, complete with six pack as he flexed for the camera and vowed to help others like himself.
He captioned post: ‘Gut issues, aches and pains, joint problems, these things ARE NOT just a part of ageing. I fell for the same bulls*** making excuses for myself. I was miserable and getting worse. Mentally and physically’.

Jamie previously admitted that that it was a boxing match with Dan Osborne that sparked his decision to embark on a health and fitness journey.
The two reality stars went head to head in a charity boxing match in October 2021, with TOWIE’s Dan leaving victorious, and Jamie has since revealed it was the wake up call he needed.
The model, who shares three children with wife Camilla Thurlow who he met on the ITV show, said that the dad lifestyle meant his health took a backseat before the fight.
Talking to The Sun, he revealed that he was unprepared for the fight with Dan, saying: ‘I’ve loved boxing and boxed for a large part of my life. I went into the ring out of shape, overweight, drank alcohol through camp and was just an idiot about the whole thing.
‘I lost my first boxing match which was a tough pill to swallow, but in hindsight I’m glad I did, I got what I deserved’.

The hunk shared that losing the fight was a catalyst to make a healthier change to his lifestyle, after letting his nutrition take a backseat.
He had a self confessed ‘dad bod’ as his weight crept up five stone since appearing on Love Island, where he met Camilla.
He admitted: ‘Honestly my life changed most when I became a parent as I stopped putting myself and my health first.
‘I’ve always exercised so I have to admit it was mainly diet that I began struggling with, being a parent for the first time quick and easy foods are what I got used to choosing.’
The couple announced they were expecting their first child together in May 2020, and welcomed daughter Nell into the world that October.
Jamie proposed in February 2021 by putting Nell in an adorable ‘Mummy will you marry my daddy?’ onesie.
The couple then tied the knot in September 2021 at Gosfield Hall in Essex, with co-star Marcel Somerville in attendance.
The pair announced they were expecting their second child together in December that year and welcomed Nora in May 2022.
Camilla and Jamie then welcomed their third child, son Brodie, into the world on May 8, 2024, with the couple confirming the news on Instagram at the time.
