Brad Pitt is giving his $12 million Los Angeles love nest a resort-style makeover, new Daily Mail photos reveal.
Exclusive aerials images show the Oscar-winning actor has transformed the grounds of his sprawling Hollywood Hills home that he now shares with girlfriend, Ines de Ramon – swapping out traditional landscaping for rows of palm trees.
The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom Spanish-style estate has quickly become a private oasis for Pitt and his live-in other half, with the couple clearly wasting no time putting their stamp on the place.
The aerial shots show tall palms encircling the pool area, creating both privacy and a luxe vacation vibe – a far cry from the property’s previous, more traditional greenery.
He has also replaced the old sun shades that once dotted the backyard with updated outdoor furniture and a sleek dining table and chairs positioned poolside.
The revamp marks a notable shift for the F1 star, who is estimated to be worth around $400 million and finalized the purchase on August 5, 2025 – a bittersweet day that also marked the death of his mother, Jane Pitt, at age 84.

The revamped grounds reflect a fresh chapter for Brad Pitt, who now shares the home with girlfriend Ines de Ramon
Before Pitt moved in, the home belonged to rocker Dave Keuning, lead guitarist of The Killers, but the actor is clearly steering the property in a very different direction.
Pitt, who celebrated his 62nd birthday on December 18, has been dating de Ramon since late 2022, and the pair were previously spotted enjoying cozy nights at his Los Feliz pad – just down the road from estranged wife Angelina Jolie and their six children.
That chapter came to an abrupt end after a burglary in June 2025, prompting Pitt to put the property on the market and relocate full time to his new, more secure estate.
The towering palms, refreshed outdoor furnishings and a backyard that looks more like a luxury resort suggests this property is shaping up to be a permanent home for the two.
The Fight Club actor was able to acquire the house for lower than the asking price, which Dave and wife Emilie had initially listed on the market for $13.99 million back in June, per the Wall Street Journal.
The house is located in the Outpost Estates community and offers scenic views of bustling Los Angeles as well as the Pacific Ocean.
Rows of towering palm trees now surround the pool at Pitt’s LA home, giving the backyard the feel of a luxury vacation hideaway

The kitchen has up-to-date appliances and a modern design with marble countertops and backsplash.
A spacious island is located in the middle of the kitchen – which also leads to an open living room area.
The second level of the house contains a large balcony that also looks down at the backyard, where residents can spend time by the outdoor swimming pool.
When not taking a dip in the cool water, there is also a designated barbecue and kitchen area outside, as well as a comfy couch and lounge chairs.
A brick pathway leads to the front entrance of the mansion, which was built back in 1989 and is 8,385 square feet.
Some rooms inside the abode contain arched ceilings while one of the bathrooms also has marble finishings for a glamorous touch.
The estate additionally has wooden flooring and an arched hallway that leads to the open living room and fireplace.
