First Lady Melania Trump cut a casual-cool figure as she joined her husband in Virginia for the celebration of the U.S. Navy’s 250th birthday on Sunday – as she issued a rallying cry to the crowd.
Melania, 55, took the stage this weekend to greet the Navy, as she yelled out, ‘Hooyah, Navy!’ three times to the crowd.
The word ‘hooyah’ is often used as a battle cry in the U.S. Navy to help build morale among recruits.
She was greeted by an enthusiastic crowd, and recalled her experience with sailors from the USS George H.W. Bush, in 2018, and the ‘pride and professionalism of the sailors’ she met on that vessel.
It was a full day for The President and the First Lady, who kept her look quite relaxed, even though the pieces totaled over $1,000.
She sported a dark brown, oversized leather bomber jacket by Lamarque, which retails for $745.
The jacket features a sharp collar and silver zipper.
She paired the jacket with a crisp white button-down shirt from one of her favorite designers, Dolce & Gabanna, along with a pair of blue skinny jeans from shuttered brand m.i.h. jeans.

To top things off, Melania slipped on a pair of $595 black crocodile skin loafers from Emme Parsons and a $55 USA hat from the Trump store.
She wore her long, light brown locks in loose curls, tucking her hair under the cap.
Upon arriving in Norfolk, President Trump and the First Lady observed a demonstration of naval sea power from aboard the USS George H.W. Bush, which included displays of firepower as well as various maritime aircraft, including F-18s and F-35s, taking off from aircraft carriers.
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Secretary of the Navy, John Phelan, were also in attendance.
After Melania took to the crowd, President Trump made a speech, as he called for pay raises for sailors after blaming Democrats for the government shutdown.
‘Do not worry about it,’ Trump said as he promised to get sailors their money back when the government reopens. Sailors in attendance cheered and clapped.
Trump blamed his political opponents for the mess in Washington, telling the crowd, ‘we have to take care of this little gnat that’s on our shoulder called the Democrats. They want to give all our money to illegal aliens that pour into the country.’
The President also noted that there was a ‘waiting list for people wanting to get into the United States, Navy, Coast Guard, Marines,’ and even the Space Force.’

When the Trump’s arrived to the UN earlier last month, both the escalator and his teleprompter malfunctioned
The President and First Lady’s weekend appearance comes just a few weeks after the couple was caught in an intense, finger-wagging conversation caught on camera outside the White House.
The President and his First Lady were filmed having an animated exchange through the windows of Marine One as it landed on the South Lawn on Wednesday night.
At one point, Trump was even seen waving a finger at his wife, and Melania was captured shaking her head.
However, as it turns out, the two were not in the midst of a fight, though that’s what critics may have wanted to believe.
Forensic lip-reader Jeremy Freeman told Daily Mail that Trump wasn’t ‘having a go’ at Melania, but rather, talking about what was happening this week at the United Nations summit in New York City.
The lip-reader believes that Melania said of the escalator incident to her husband: ‘You just continued’, to which he replied: ‘It was unbelievable. How can you do that.’
When the Trump’s arrived to the UN earlier last month, both the escalator and his teleprompter malfunctioned.
Trump wrote the nation a message on Truth Social after the incident, typing, ‘A REAL DISGRACE took place at the United Nations yesterday – Not one, not two, but three very sinister events!’
He said that given the escalator incident, it’s ‘amazing that Melania and I didn’t fall forward onto the sharp edges of these steel steps, face first. It was only that we were each holding the handrail tightly or, it would have been a disaster.’
