She appeared at the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party looking so slimmed down that she set off wild Ozempic rumors – which she has not publicly addressed.
For her latest awards show appearance, the Mindy Project star showed off her reduced frame in a cinched-in gown with a diaphanous skirt.
Her frock featured a peekaboo section over her enviably taut midriff, and she accessorized with a retro chic set of opera gloves.
Wearing her raven hair down, she sharpened her unmistakable features with makeup and added a splash of glitz to the look with drop earrings.

Kaling was at the newly rechristened Actor Awards to present, amid a lineup including Michael B. Jordan, Lisa Kudrow, Connor Storrie, Timothee Chalamet and more.
Early in 2022 she ignited a storm of chatter online after posting several Instagram photos that showcased her noticeably reduced frame.
She commented on the change that April, explaining that she did not deny herself any of the foods she wanted but merely exercised portion control.
‘Honestly, I didn’t really do anything differently,’ the The Mindy Project star insisted while discussing her diet with Entertainment Weekly.
The Late Night actress stated: ‘I eat what I like to eat. If I do any kind of restrictive diet, it never really works for me. I just eat less of it.’
A month later she clarified: ‘I’m never going stop being a foodie. I’m never going be someone who can just have spinach and salmon every day,’ via Today. I just am really for the first time in my life, trying moderation, and I love it.’
When she appeared at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in March 2023, she looked even slenderer, with some online observers theorizing she had lost as much as 40lbs.
Rumors started flying about how she lost the weight, particularly after it emerged that she gave birth to her third child – her daughter Anne – that February.

Although she did not publicly comment on the conjecture about Ozempic, she did offer some insight into her workout routine a couple of months later.
She shared that she loved to hike or run, and covered 20 miles per week doing one or the other activity, in a May 2023 interview with People.
‘I’m feeling really confident in my body these days, which is not something that I’ve been able to say for my whole life, unfortunately. I feel great,’ she declared.
‘I know people are really interested in my body and the changes in my body, and I think it’s flattering and sometimes it’s just a little much, so I don’t try to tune it in too much. The truth is that I spend so much time and energy trying to be healthy.’
