The Haunted Mansion came in right above TRON: Legacy on this list. Others on the top 10 for this period included Marvel Zombies, Elio, Thunderbolts*, Hocus Pocus 2, Dolphins Up Close with Bertie Gregory, Avengers: Endgame, Hamilton, and Halloweentown II: Kalabar’s Revenge.

There is one clear theme when looking at this Disney+ hit list. Multiple of these titles are either directly Halloween-focused or otherwise spooky. As such, The Haunted Mansion‘s success is likely largely calendar driven on the precipice of October. Audiences are getting into the spooky spirit, and that shows on streaming.
