That’s exactly one week from when the ninth season dropped on the streaming platform. The reunion is pre-recorded. The cast actually shot it back in August 2025. Queer Eye‘s Tan France will return to host. He has hosted every Selling Sunset reunion so far, which began with season 5.
Honestly, it’s great news that there’s a reunion special. The previous season didn’t have one. Why? Well, there was some serious behind-the-scenes drama going on that reportedly made it difficult to bring the cast together at the time. While the drama was just as intense this season, it looks like the cast was willing to reunite to hash everything out on camera this time around.

Based on the short teaser, it looks like Chrishell and Emma will be in a heated argument over Emma’s boyfriend Blake. In the season 9 finale, we find out that Emma broke up with Blake. However, there are current rumors that they’re back together, which is why we’re probably going to see Chrishell and Emma arguing.
The teaser also appears to show Chrishell and Nicole sharing some words, which isn’t surprising given how things ended off with them this season. If you recall, Nicole made an insensitive comment about Chrishell’s deceased parents. That comment ultimately led to her being fired from the Oppenheim Group. Last but not least, the teaser shows Bre calling someone a “mean-girl bully.” Our guess is that she’s referring to Chelsea as they’ve been in an ongoing feud since Bre joined the show.
