Is King of the Hill on Netflix?

King of the Hill did stream on Netflix for a little while after the show wrapped in 2009, but according to Slash Film, it was removed from the catalog in 2013. For a few years, fans couldn’t watch the show anywhere until Hulu swooped in to save the day.

Where to watch King of the Hill

Hulu purchased the exclusive streaming rights to all 13 seasons of King of the Hill back in 2018 in a deal that also included the exclusive post-broadcast streaming rights to 20th Century Fox’s other popular animated comedies Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, American Dad!, and more. Since then, Hulu has remained the only place to watch all these beloved series in their entirety.

If you still have a cable subscription, you can use your login to watch King of the Hill through the Adult Swim or FOXNOW app, which are available on most of your standard TV-watching devices like Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV.

However, only a few episodes are streaming via those apps (specifically episodes 3-7 of season 10 on Adult Swim and a few episodes from season 2, season 6, and season 13 on FOXNOW), so it’s better to bite the bullet and pay for a Hulu subscription if you want to be able to watch all 259 episodes or at least revisit your favorites. The revival will also be a Hulu exclusive, so you’ll need it eventually anyway.
