New A24 Action Thriller Reportedly Casting UFC Champion As Its Villain, First Character Details Revealed

The upcoming A24 thriller Onslaught has reportedly cast a UFC champion in a lead role. Onslaught is an action thriller, developed by A24 and directed by Adam Wingard. Wingard is best known for his work in the Hollywood MonsterVerse, for which he directed 2021’s Godzilla vs. Kong and this year’s Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. Prior to these projects, Wingard’s filmography includes Blair Witch in 2016, Death Note in 2017, and The Guest in 2014. In addition to Onslaught, Wingard is involved in several other major projects.




As per The Hollywood Reporter, Wingard’s Onslaught is reportedly eyeing a new actor. This actor would be UFC champion Alex Pereira.
