New Netflix movies and shows coming in January 2023

Whether you believe it or not, 2022 has reached its end. The year brought so many new Netflix movies and shows that dominated our watch lists, including titles like The Gray Man, Wednesday, Purple Hearts, Manifest, and the blockbuster fourth season of Stranger Things.

As we all reflect on what we considered the best movies and shows of the year (and even lament the shows that will soon end in 2023), another new year full of amazing titles will be here before we know it. In true Netflix fashion, January 2023 won’t leave us without something to watch.

The new year kicks off with a brand-new original series on New Year’s Day, and the rest of the month includes the returns of Ginny & Georgia and Vikings: Valhalla. Add in a new comedy reboot and a movie star making his Netflix movie debut, and it’s the makings of a great start to the year.
