Pedro Jimeno's Reputation Is Recovering After Returning To America "Blessed" (He's Getting Support From Other 90 Day Fiancé Cast Members)

Pedro Jimeno is one of the more controversial figures from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, but he’s recovering his reputation after a disastrous run on The Family Chantel. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Pedro first came to the United States after meeting Chantel Everett, his ex-wife, while she was on vacation. The pair traveled back to Georgia together, where they got married so Pedro could get a K-1 visa. Unfortunately, their happiness was short-lived.

Pedro likely used Chantel for a green card, as evidenced by his lack of interest in his former wife and cutthroat ambitions in real estate. Once he had what he wanted, Pedro completely checked out from his marriage, leaving Chantel high and dry. His behavior and representation on The Family Chantel season 5 left a sour note in viewers’ minds regarding the former 90 Day Fiancé star. However, he might finally be redeeming himself after some distance from Chantel and reality TV.

Pedro’s Receiving Support From Fellow 90 Day Fiancé Cast Members

Pedro has been very active on Instagram since leaving Chantel, constantly promoting his image and real estate business. After Pedro returned from the Dominican Republic, he posted a photo in his car, captioning, “You just have to be happy!! Happy Sunday,” followed by a smiley face emoji. Surprisingly, 90 Day Fiancé alum David Toborowsky commented on the photo, simply saying, “Happy Sunday.” Pedro even replied to him.

Pedro doesn’t often get any online interaction from fellow 90 Day Fiancé stars because of his controversial status. However, David is a well-liked franchise star, and his comment can be construed as support. It’s a sign Pedro’s reputation is finally recovering after becoming a villain in The Family Chantel.

Fans Might Forgive Him For His Past

Back when Pedro and Chantel first divorced, he received plenty of flack online. Much of Pedro’s criticism is well-deserved, but he needs a break from all the hate. Luckily for him, most of his commentary online these days is positive. On his most recent post, many fans were supportive in the comments, saying, “You were put through so much with Chantel and her crazy family, be happy now!!!” and, “I’m so glad you finally have peace Pedro! You look at happy!

“You were put through so much with with Chantel and her crazy family, be happy now!!!”

Pedro’s representation in The Family Chantel was mostly one-sided, with Chantel positioned as the victim and Pedro as the consummate villain. However, the real story is likely more complicated than that. Pedro has been working hard to achieve his American Dream, and he deserves to move on. His ardent fans seem to agree.

He Is Focused On Positivity

Pedro has been slowly shifting his image on social media. While he’s largely been focused on his real estate career, Pedro has also been changing the tone of his Instagram posts. He’s all about positivity and good vibes, even in his captions. As Pedro spent time with his mother, Lidia Morel, for her birthday in the Dominican Republic, he took the time to post a selfie. “Sending good vibes out to everyone today,” he wrote, followed by a sparkle emoji. “What are you grateful for? #goodvibes #blessed #lifeisgood.”

Pedro’s image might finally be changing after a tumultuous run on The Family Chantel. David, a respected 90 Day Fiancé franchise member, commented on a recent post. He’s also focused on positivity rather than hate. Pedro is ready to put Chantel in the past, and his reputation will recover.
