PlayStation Plus is getting a few new games this month for its Extra and Premium tiers. If you’re looking for an excellent RPG that you can really sink your teeth into, then you won’t want to miss out on nabbing of the latest entries in the Like A Dragon sub-series of Yakuza games.
Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth is coming to PS Plus, and completionists spend an average of 117 hours with the game. Even if you just want to play through the main story, expect to spend 55–60 hours in Infinite Wealth. Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth Is Coming To PS Plus
Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth is officially joining PlayStation Plus in January. But you’ll need a sub to Extra or Premium in order to play it. That’s a pretty big get, and January’s games also include Resident Evil Village, which is perfect timing ahead of Resident Evil Requiem‘s release in February.
Although both Infinite Wealth and RE Village go on sale regularly, if you plan on playing them both, you may want to consider subbing to one of the higher PS Plus tiers. It’s the most cost-efficient way to play them both, especially if you just opt for a single-month subscription.
Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth Will Keep You Busy
There’s so much to do in Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth. From arcade games of SEGA classics to racing and rhythm games, there’s a tremendous number of mini-games to play. Most of them are ancillary to the main story, so you don’t technically have to do them, but they’re hard to ignore (and are super fun) so you’ll want to at least check them out.
Side quests will also take up time if you choose to do them, and the main story alone is still a sprawling epic that can go from astoundingly wacky to astonishingly heartbreaking in a matter of moments. In other words, if you download Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, be prepared. It’s not a game you’ll simply cruise through and be done with in a few hours or even a few days.
And that’s really why it’s so great to see Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth added to PlayStation Plus. It definitely feels like you’re getting your money’s worth with this one. So, give it a try and prepare to be enthralled by one of the best RPGs to release in the past few years.
