If you have any other Grass-, Fighting-, or Electric-type Gigantamax Pokémon these should be included in your line-up of three. Gigantamax Machamp, Gigantamax Venusaur, and Gigantamax Toxtricity are also great counters against Gigantamax Lapras and are capable of doing the required damage.

Teamwork is key to taking Gigantamax Lapras down, as even with a team of perfect counters, you need to work together to have a chance of beating it.

I have found that at least ten trainers are needed, but it can now be taken on using remote raid passes to make finding other players easier. Gigantamax Lapras is one of the most powerful options available in Pokémon GO, so you should look to defeat it on this Max Battle Day.
