Below Deck Adventure Cast

Below Deck Adventure recently premiered and fans are guessing who the heroes and villains of the latest spin-off season are going to be.

The premiere season of Below Deck Adventure just began, but fans can already sense who the heroes and villains of the charter season will be. There are no familiar faces aboard the yacht Mercury, so everyone has a chance to win or lose fans with their first impressions. This season is unlike any other Below Deck, as they traded in warm beaches for chilly fjords in Norway, but the crew has a lot to live up to from other seasons. Fans have already picked out a few heroes and villains of the season, and they are undecided about the rest of the crew.

The first episode of Below Deck Adventure skipped the official introductions, so fans did not get to see the crew meet each other for the first time. Stews Oriana Schneps and Kasie Faddah are the only people who knew each other before meeting on Mercury, as they previously worked together, with Oriana as Kasie’s boss. Fans are eager to see how they get along now, since there seems to be some bad blood between the two. They have crew members from all backgrounds, as deckhand Michael Gilman comes from commercial boats and bosun Lewis Lupton started out at the UK Sailing Academy.

Captain Kerry Titheradge (Hero)

Captain Kerry has already won fans over with his stern but fair management style. Below Deck fans have gotten fan-favorites like the beloved Captain Lee Rossbach and Captain Glenn Shephard, but Captain Kerry may join their ranks. When u/teanailpolish started an episode one discussion, one user said that he is “a good straight forward Aussie” and another said that “Captain Kerry could read me the phone book,” giving Captain Jason Chambers a run for his money as “Captain Cutie.”

Chef Jessica Condy (Villain)

Though Chef Jessica has been pretty calm on the first episode of Below Deck Adventure, fans have seen how her temper comes out from the season’s trailer. Captain Kerry seems to have a talk with her in one episode saying that crew members are afraid to go into the galley because of her intimidation. Reddit users are unimpressed, with one saying she is “high maintenance and may not last the season.”

Chief Stew Faye Clarke (Hero)

Below Deck Adventure fans love Faye’s bubbly personality and the fact that she did not assign a first and second stew right away. That has backfired for other chief stews in the past like Below Deck Sailing Yachts Daisy Kelliher, who had to deal with her second and third stew’s rivalry all charter season long. So far, fans think Faye is “likable and competent” and love that she stands up for herself against the chef.

Deckhand Kyle Dickard (Villain)

Kyle has not impressed fans so far with his unwillingness to take direction and listen to his other deckhands. He was immediately rude to Nathan Morley over the anchor watch, and Below Deck Adventure fans think he may be the first to get fired this season. His flirtation with Faye also felt shallow to fans, especially when he said he likes older women, so they can buy him things. One Redditor summed it up perfectly by saying that “Kyle and Chef are gonna fight for villain status.”
