Olivia Attwood has revealed she's 'never regretted falling in love' with any of her previous partners, following her split from husband Bradley Dack

Olivia Attwood has revealed she’s ‘never regretted falling in love’ with any of her previous partners, following her split from husband Bradley Dack.

The Love Island star, 34, split from the footballer in January after three years together, with sources claiming at the time the marriage ended after he ‘breached her trust.’

Speaking in a new interview, Olivia confessed that despite her heartbreak she still sees love as one of the most unique and pure human experiences.

Sharing her hopes of finding love again in the future, the presenter said she wants someone she can be ‘obsessed’ with.

She said: ‘Do you know what? I love love and I actually, despite any of my relationships in the past, I’ve never regretted falling in love.

‘I think that that is one of the most unique and pure human experiences. And even if it’s with a complete and utter trash bag – in that moment you felt something.’

Olivia went on to tell Attitude Magazine: ‘And I think it’s one of those things, one moment where you truly feel alive. And again, my therapist would be smashing his head into the screen right now.

‘But I want obsession. Like, I don’t want someone who feels indifferent about me. Like, love bomb me up. I want the face tattoo on the second date. I want to feel all the feels.’

Olivia has thrown herself into work following her split from Bradley last month, and her new series, cooking reality show The Heat, kicks off on ITV2 on Tuesday.

Despite her busy schedule, the star recently revealed she had to ‘grit her teeth’ in order to get through the working day after ending her three year marriage.

Responding to social media followers during a recent Q&A, she said: ‘I have worked too hard for too long to let my professional life suffer.

‘Been a lot of slapping myself round the face and gritting my teeth.’

Alongside her popular Olivia’s House podcast and KISS FM radio show, which she co-hosts with Pete Wicks, Attwood has continued filming the next instalment of her documentary series Getting Filthy Rich and is now celebrating her latest collaboration with Garnier.

She has also made various appearances on daytime TV, notably as guest panellist on topical chat show Loose Women and stand-in presenter on ITV flagship This Morning.

Documentary series The Price Of Perfection is also understood to be returning to ITV, while Attwood has been drafted in to front the channel’s latest reality show, The Heat, alongside celebrity chef Jean Christophe Novelli,

Confirming her separation from Gillingham midfielder Dack in January, she told Instagram followers: ‘I keep opening Instagram to post but I don’t know what to say or do? lol vulnerability is not my bag!!! Especially on social media, it feels very much like bleeding in shark infested waters.. that R for another. [sic]

‘I cry myself to sleep, then business as normal when the alarm goes off at 5am and it has been like that for a long time.

‘But also so much change in such a short amount of time (you know I hate that (Taurus). I never expected to be moving into this apartment alone. And I’m in over my depth for sure.

‘I want to be happy. I want Brad to be happy. Just one day at a time. For both of us. & anyone else who needs to read this.’

She added: ‘Normal programming and chatting will resume asap. Ps thank you, I feel your love immensely.’

When the couple first met at a nightclub in 2015, Attwood was working as a grid girl while Dack’s football career was off to a promising start, having been named Young Player of the Season at his club Gillingham FC.

Attwood boasts an estimated £6million net worth while Bradley’s is a million less, with friends telling the Daily Mail that this could have contributed to their split.

‘In the beginning of their relationship he was obviously the big earner as a footballer, and she now firmly stands on her own two feet,’ the source shared.

‘She doesn’t need him at all anymore, she can be totally independent.’

At his peak, Dack was said to be earning £18,000-a-week playing for Blackburn, but after returning to Gillingham last year he’s now on £3,500-a-week, Salary Sport reports.

Meanwhile, Attwood is said to have earned £350,000 for each of her series with ITV, which includes Getting Filthy Rich, The Price Of Perfection and Bad Boyfriends.

She also has a £250,000 collaboration with Abbott Lyon jewellery and a six-figure deal with make-up brand Maybelline.

Just last year, Attwood spoke of the importance of being financially independent.

‘I think it’s really important to keep your own finances and your own bank account,’ she said.

‘I don’t think you need to combine finances with your partner at all. I think it’s a really outdated way of thinking.’
