Since she stepped into the spotlight as a part of President Donald Trump’s inner circle, Kimberly Guilfoyle has drawn attention not only for her savvy media hosting, but also for her glamorous looks.

Now, plastic surgeons and cosmetic injectors are weighing in exclusively to the Daily Mail about the enhancements that she could have had done.

Guilfoyle, who is the ex-fiancée of Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., has been seen all glammed up in Washington as of late, as she was confirmed this week to become the official United States Ambassador to Greece.

She was also married to California Governor Gavin Newsom from 2001 to 2006 – so she’s no stranger to being in the public eye.

The 56-year-old is often seen rocking super long, brown locks, heavy smoky eye, and very plump pout.

However, in recent months, her appearance has come under more scrutiny than ever – as reports swirled that Don Jr. had complained about her style before he broke up with her for bombshell Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson, 38.

And, earlier this month, she caught heat from critics who accused her of taking her revamped appearance too far, after she posted snaps from an event in Washington, D.C., on her Instagram page.

Guilfoyle wore a chic, cropped leather biker jacket with silver zipper detailing, pairing it with a silky, black long-sleeved top that featured a thick choker neckline.

However, many were concerned about potential cosmetic injections she may have had done, especially on her pout.

The former news personality has been hit with plastic surgery allegations on multiple occasions – but has not commented as to whether they are true.

But according to Oregon-based, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Sean McNally, there’s not exactly tons of evidence that proves Guilfoyle has ever gone under the knife.

‘Looking at her pictures, there’s no hard evidence for larger surgical procedures,’ Dr. McNally, who has not treated Guilfoyle, told Daily Mail exclusively.

‘Her brows and nose look relatively unchanged,’ the doctor, who has expertise in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, continued.

However, there is a slight possibility that she had intervention on her neck, according to the doctor.

‘There’s a possibility of a neck or mini facelift given that her jawline looks very good for her age especially with her weight changes but that may be from non-surgical or minimally-invasive interventions like RF microneedling or Renuvion,’ Dr. McNally shared.

For those unfamiliar, Renuvion is a minimally invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency and helium to tighten loose skin.

However, while Dr. McNally is skeptical of Guilfoyle having plastic surgery, he does ‘absolutely’ suspect that she’s indulged in some cosmetic injections, like Botox.

‘Her cheeks and lips have maintained a fullness that’s most likely from filler or fat grafting,’ Dr. McNally explained.

‘She also doesn’t have significant signs of forehead wrinkles which should be readily apparent at this time point if she wasn’t utilizing Botox,’ he added.

New York City-based Doctor of Nursing Practice and cosmetic injector Dr. Jodi Logerfo, who has not treated Guilfoyle, also agreed that the political personality could have had a number of injections.

‘Probably a biostimulator like Sculptra, hyaluronic acid fillers such as Teoxane RHA by Revance and botulinum toxin like Daxxify,’ she hypothesized to Daily Mail.

But that’s not all, according to the experts.

The plastic surgeon also suspected that the former First Lady of San Francisco has gotten laser treatments, which are meant to remove dark spots on the face and improve skin tone and texture.

‘Even with makeup, you can tell her skin tone and texture is excellent,’ Dr. McNally said.

‘This would require at a bare minimum a dialed in skin care routine but I suspect she’s also utilizing IPL and/or lasers for pigment and texture,’ he said.

But at the end of the day, Dr. McNally noted that these treatments are not at all unusual – especially for those in the limelight.

‘I think that anyone in the spotlight prepares for it and works to maintain their results to put their best foot (and face) forward,’ he told Daily Mail.
