Rachel Reeves’ special adviser has topped the list of 100 sexiest people in London.
Neil Amin-Smith, 35, known as ‘the hottest SpAd in Westminster’ is often spotted with an open collar by the Chancellor’s side – and has been known to ‘turn treasury heads like hungry owls’ according to the Standard, who compiled the list.
The heartthrob, who previously dated actor and singer Olly Alexander, is a man of many talents and previously toured the world, won a Grammy and scored four UK number ones as part of EDM group Clean Bandit.
He met the group while studying at Cambridge – where he picked up a MPhil in Economics, and finished top of his class.
With a chiselled jaw and flop of teen idol hair, it’s not wonder many of those that cross his path are left swooning over him.
More surprisingly, the Church of England’s ‘sexy vicar’ Pat Allerton, who shot to fame on Instagram during the Covid-19 pandemic for his trendy, Gen Z friendly takes on religion made his way onto the list.
And while Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are no strangers to topping lists of attractive royals – an unlikely member of the Firm founder their way onto the list this year.
Lord Frederick Windsor, known as Freddie, was the only royal on the coveted listing.

Perhaps more obvious contenders to the top 10 include Sienna Miller and her boyfriend Oli Green given fifth place – just ahead of Rolling Stones’ Mick Jagger, 82, and his 38-year-old girlfriend, former ballerina-turned-author Melanie Hamrick.
Elsewhere, the publication has rounded up the city’s hottest finds from all walks of life, with actors, musicians, nepo babies and footballers all earning their name on the sexiest hall of fame.
Moving down the list from Rachel Reeves advisory team and taking joint honours for second spot is professional footballer, Leah Williamson and her girlfriend, the former Miss USA, Elle Smith.
In third place is the Peckham-born actor, Damson Idris, who drew heartthrob status when he starred in crime drama Snowfall in 2017 and more recently reminded Londoners of his arrestingly handsome visage in Formula 1 film F1: The Movie this year.
Fourth on the list, Elizabeth Hurley, first forged a network of pining fans when she appeared as the love interest in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery in 1997. Now 60, she has also revelled in roles including The Royals and even appeared in the fifth season of Gossip Girl.
The joint award for the fifth hottest Londoner has gone to Layer Cake lead, Sienna Miller and her husband, Oli Green, who also works in the entertainment industry.
Having begun their romance in 2022, the handsome pair have gone on to marry and made headlines when they welcomed their first child together in 2023 – who will no doubt be climbing the beauty ranks if her parents’ looks are anything to go by.

Rolling Stone frontman Mick Jagger was the top ranking octogenerian on the list – with Helen Mirren also making the top 10.
The 82-year-old, who is the oldest in the top 10, is one of six beautiful faces to grace the front cover of the Standard’s weekly magazine in a special edition celebrating the list’s debut.
Also having made it to the glossy cover is Simone Ashley, who has grabbed seventh place.
Having cut her teeth in the world of acting in highly acclaimed Netflix roles – including Bridgerton and Sex Education – Simone’s majestic beauty has not gone unnoticed, the actress having been hired for a number of beauty campaigns, including with L’Oréal Paris, alongside her acting feat.
Eighth is one from the The Thursday Murder Club glittering cast list, Helen Mirren.
The 80-year-old actress, who has both Russian and English heritage, will also appear on the glossy cover of the publication’s front. page.
Coming in for the penultimate spot was notorious rapper, Central Cee, who become social media’s dreamboat after he was romantically tied to the popular influencer, Madeline Argy – the couple’s tumultuous romance dominating algorithms.
Arriving in tenth place is the granddaughter of legendary fashion designer, Vivienne Westwood, Cora Corré.
Both a model and an activist, the long-legged brunette, with her gilded lineage, started her career young, beginning modelling at the tender age of just 16 – but has since become socially and politically active.
