The Los Angeles Rams have lost three of their last five games and have now found themselves playing in the wildcard instead of fighting for the number one seed.

All of the Rams’ losses this season have been by one score or less, demonstrating that they remain in the fight until the final whistle blows.

The 2026 NFL Draft order will be finalized soon, following the conclusion of the regular season in just a few days. Los Angeles is set to make two picks in the first round after trading out of the first round in the 2025 draft.

With key questions surrounding the quarterback situation and other areas on the offense, one NFL analyst makes a bold prediction on who the Rams will use their picks on.

Matthew Stafford has been playing like an MVP this season, even after his outlier performance in Week 17, and could likely keep the wheels going.

The QB signed an extension before the start of the season, a signal that he will remain with the team for another year.

With how Stafford has been playing, the Los Angeles Rams could use their draft picks elsewhere, hitting areas with a lack of depth.

Ryan Wilson of CBS Sports released his fourth mock draft and predicts the Rams will select wide receiver Kevin “KC” Conception from Texas A&M with the 24th overall pick in the draft.

“Concepcion is a versatile WR who uses his quickness and burst to consistently get open against man coverage, proving himself a deep threat with the speed to stack defenders. He is a natural hands-catcher who runs precise routes to all three levels and adds significant value as a dynamic punt returner with impressive YAC ability,” Wilson wrote.

Concepcion has been one of the better wide receivers in the SEC this season.

The Aggie is tied for the most receiving touchdowns (9) and has the fourth-most receiving yards (919) in the conference.

Through his collegiate career, Concepcion has registered 2,218 receiving yards, 25 touchdowns, 431 rushing yards and 3 rushing TDs.

Concepcion was an All-American, including being part of the All-SEC first-team at wide receiver, return specialist and all-purpose.

Adding a wide receiver through the 2026 NFL Draft would not be a bad option for the Los Angeles Rams.

Tutu Atwell signed a one-year deal to return to LA and his future with the team is in the air. Davante Adams, while still playing at an elite level, is in the latter stages of his career and could call for retirement soon.

KC Conception will turn 22 years old near the beginning of the 2026 season and will add some youth to a slightly older Rams offensive squad.

Being a threat in the pass and run game, offensive playcaller Sean McVay could have a field day in his offensive schemes with a player of Concepcion’s versatility.

With great mentors like Adams and Puka Nacua on the roster, it could be a good spot for Concepcion to thrive in.
