Scott Wolf drops restraining order against estranged wife Kelley Wolf

Scott Wolf’s temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, has been dropped.

A Utah judge reportedly granted the “Party of Five” star’s request to dismiss the temporary protective order against his wife following a hearing on Wednesday.

As part of the ruling, the case has been dismissed and any protective orders previously issued will now be considered void, according to People.

Scott’s rep as well as his attorney didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Scott recently included Kelley in a birthday tribute to their son Miller, 13, despite their messy divorce battle.

The actor, 57, shared pictures of their youngest son over the years on Instagram, including one of Kelley hugging him from behind.

“A TEENAGER now. Fastening our chin straps for this one,” he wrote in part.

In October, he also publicly wished Kelley a happy 49th birthday on Instagram.

The positive updates came after Kelley entered a treatment center for her mental health in September, then was transferred to another rehab and mental health facility on Oct. 14 to continue receiving treatment, People reported. It was her second time in a month after she checked into an Arizona rehab on Sept. 7, only to confirm to Page Six two days later that she had exited and was staying in a hotel.

After she left rehab for the first time, she claimed her weight dropped to 97 pounds and insisted she was “not crazy.”

“I am going to be very clear. I need to be respected and given peace. I am not crazy,” she said via her Instagram Stories.

She went on to claim, “I have no record. I do not abuse drugs or alcohol.”

The “Real World: New Orleans” alum was arrested for harassment in August and was later banned from contacting the “Party of Five” star and their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, and Lucy, 11. kelleywolf/Instagram

The “Real World: New Orleans” star also told her followers, “I have lost everything. I am malnourished. Treated like a crazy woman.”

Scott filed for divorce from Kelley on June 9 after 21 years of marriage. Later that month, he filed a restraining order against Kelley, after she was placed in an involuntary psych hold.

Kelley was then arrested for harassment in August before being banned from contacting her estranged husband and their three kids: son Jackson, 16, Miller, and daughter Lucy, 11.
