Scott Wolf’s estranged wife Kelley Wolf is no longer facing a misdemeanor charge for allegedly violating her ex’s temporary protective order.
On Tuesday, a judge in Utah granted the Summit County District Attorney’s Office’s motion to dismiss the case against Kelley, according to court documents obtained by People.
According to the publication, the judge dismissed the charge without prejudice, meaning that it can still be refiled in the future.
The charge was reportedly dismissed ‘as part of a global resolution’ that also involves a different case against Kelly for alleged harassment of Scott.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Scott and Kelley Wolf for comment, but has not yet received a response.
People previously reported in December that a judge had signed off on Scott’s request to dismiss his protective order against his estranged wife.

Kelley had been facing a single misdemeanor charge of electronic communications harassment related to an alleged interaction with Scott on August 25, as well as two misdemeanor charges of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information stemming from an incident on August 26, when she allegedly posted her estranged husband’s personal phone number in an Instagram post.
Court records previously obtained by the Daily Mail indicated that the charges had all been labeled as domestic violence related.
A hearing in the case had been scheduled for January 27, but Kelley’s attorney reportedly requested a continuance on January 23 due to her cooperation with prosecutors as they tried to resolve both cases against her, according to court filings obtained by People.
The judge subsequently granted her attorney’s request and pushed the hearing back six months, to July 28.
Kelley announced in court in September that she planned to enter a treatment program.
The Real World: New Orleans alumna shared her treatment plans during her arraignment.
‘I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending a [treatment center] starting on September 12,’ she said, according to People.
‘This is what was asked of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf now for six months — all I wanted to do was leave a marriage,’ Kelley said.

Kelley’s announcement came after the judge ordered her to ‘participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment’ upon her release in an earlier bail decision obtained by the Daily Mail.
However, as Kelley was set to begin her treatment, she was charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly violating Scott’s protective order against her on August 30, when she tried to contact her estranged husband ‘using a friend’s phone and attempt[ed] to contact her son [Miller] through a friend’s son,’ according to court documents obtained by People.
After Kelley was arrested at the Sundance Mountain Resort in late August, she was charged with electronic communications harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.
In videos posted to her Instagram Stories at the time, the mother-of-three told her followers: ‘The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will. I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing.
‘He said I will go [to] Summit County Jail. He said I [will] be taken into a cell. And wait for a judge to make some ruling? I am so scared. So confused. I was about to go on a date and it’s the first time I could breathe.’
She added, ‘Please come and help me! They said they have “probable cause” of a crime? I cannot go to a hospital! I have no mental disorders. No drugs, no arrest, no speeding tickets ever! Please fight for me!’
Kelley had previously been granted three supervised video or phone calls with her three children — Jackson, 16; Miller, 13; and Lucy, 11 — each week.
She livestreamed one visit in which she appeared erratic, and her estranged husband Scott could be heard saying, ‘We love you.’

In response, Kelley said, ‘I don’t love you. I love you, Lucy! I love yo,u Miller! Let Jackson come and see me.
‘You’re a monster. Your whole family is monsters. Wolves in sheep’s clothing! Don’t ever come here again. If I see you here, I’m calling the police.’
Her eldest child, Jackson, later explained why he was not present for his mother’s visit and revealed their estrangement on Instagram.
‘I do not associate with my mom in any way. She is very mentally ill and has completely lost the person she was. I’m very sorry to anyone that has been abused physically or mentally by her,’ he said.
‘As well anything said about my dad by Kelley is false. No he is not an abuser, he is not a manipulator and he is not a drug addict,’ Jackson continued. ‘He is a spectacular father and a great man. He only wishes the best for my mom.’
On August 15, Scott released a text message exchange he allegedly had with Kelley to People to support his claim that she was making false allegations about him.
The text message attributed to her read: ‘The only way I can fight back is to produce claims that are either the same as yours or greater to create more urgency to get the kids back. Or at least get back joint custody.’
Just days after Kelley entered rehab in September, she abruptly checked herself out, despite telling a judge she intended to seek treatment.

Kelley claimed she had dropped 30 pounds since her ex filed for divorce, and she said she now weighed just ’97 pounds’ after leaving the facility, per Page Six.
After leaving rehab, she returned to Instagram in mid-September with an emotional statement about being ‘malnourished.’
‘I am going to be very clear, I need to be respected and given peace,’ she began
Kelley insisted she was ‘not crazy’ and ‘not in rehab,’ claiming she was then in her ‘hometown’ awaiting ‘a court hearing.’
Kelley also stressed that she had ‘no record,’ and she said she does ‘not abuse drugs or alcohol.’
Highlighting her role as a mother, she pleaded to the public to ‘leave [her] alone,’ and warned, ‘If you continue to slander my family, I will pursue legal action.’
‘I have lost everything,’ she wrote. ‘I am malnourished. Treated like a crazy woman and I would appreciate someone saying… I love you. Welcome home. You did nothing but fight for your family.’
In December, Scott made an oral request to drop his protective order against Kelley, People reported, citing court documents.

His legal move came after Kelley was transferred to a new facility on October 14, which coincided with her 49th birthday.
That same day, Scott posted a retro picture of the pair with the caption, ‘Happy birthday to you.’

Scott said in a statement at the time: ‘After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley.
‘Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.’
Kelley then issued a statement claiming that she was the one to submit the first paperwork indicating she and the actor were parting ways after 21 years.
‘I initiated a separation almost a year ago,’ said Kelley, who has a reality TV background, having appeared on MTV’s The Real World: New Orleans and Real World/ Road Rules Challenge in 2000.

‘I’ve been trying to file for divorce for months, but delays with legal counsel slowed the process,’ she continued. ‘Yes, the official petition came from the other party, but let the record show: I’ve been grieving this marriage for years.’
Kelley added that ‘this isn’t avoidance,’ but rather ‘acceptance,’ as she was in a good place emotionally to cope with the drastic life change of a marital breakup.
‘I’m far past the grief,’ Kelley said. ‘I’m well into the healing. Very much so.’
Scott is best known for appearing alongside Neve Campbell, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Matthew Fox and Lacey Chabert on the popular Fox series Party Of Five from 1994 thru 2000.
Wolf portrayed Bailey Salinger, who was forced to grow up and help raise his family as they dealt with life after their parents’ deaths.
He has also appeared on TV, including Nancy Drew, V, Everwood, The Night Shift and Perception, and in several films as well, including Go, The Night Shift, Emmett’s Mark and Inside Game.
