Owning Manhattan’s Jade Shenker has dished on a potential celebrity love interest now that she’s newly single – and he also happens to be a reality star.
Netflix’s Owning Manhattan delves into the personal and professional lives of Ryan Serhant’s real estate agents in New York and has just launched season two.
Born-and-raised New Yorker Jade came into the Daily Mail’s studio to spill the tea on exclusive behind-the-scenes drama from the show and her personal life – including a potential suitor.
He might be almost 30 years her senior, but Shenker exclusively told the Daily Mail that Mauricio Umansky, 55, gave her his card, and she’s interested in using it for pleasure rather than business.
The Netflix star, 29, said: ‘He did give me his card. I wasn’t sure because I think some people try to poach other agents.
‘So, I wasn’t sure if it was like a poach, or like, “call me, wink, wink.” I couldn’t tell if it was like that, but I do have his card.’
When asked if she was interested in dating him, Shenker said: ‘If he called, then I would take the call and we would take it from there… I’m very open.’
They both work in the real estate industry and reality TV, and Umansky has already been spotted dating much younger women since his split from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards in 2023.

And the father-of-three now appears to have officially been given the green light to reach out to Shenker.
When it comes to the show, now in season two, Shenker didn’t hold back when it came to her fellow real estate colleagues.
Jade called out one of her co-stars for ‘wardrobing’ – saying she buys designer clothing to film videos and then returns the items.
‘Apparently she will go into like the Gucci store, buy something, wear it for the video, then return it,’ Shenker said.

She also called out another colleague and co-star for an intimate rendezvous with another agent.
‘I did hear she banged someone, another agent, in the bathroom one time.’
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for the agents named in Jade’s claims, Owning Manhattan and Ryan Serhant and they all declined to comment.
Speaking about her own personal life, Shenker opened up on the serious toll her recent marriage separation took on her mental health.
She famously went through an alleged cheating scandal and split from her husband after claiming he was unfaithful during the first season of the Netflix show.

‘I went into a really dark place. Like terrible depression.’
‘I had gotten a DM and this woman was like, “so sorry to let you know, but I was out last night with your husband and see this…”‘
The woman claimed he had cheated with her earlier that night and Jade says she immediately confronted her husband in the middle of the night while he was sleeping.
‘I woke him up and I was like, “Did you kiss that one?” And his first reaction was like, “She kissed me.” And I was like, “No, we’re not playing that. Don’t waste my time.”‘
Jade says the couple tried to work on their relationship but ultimately decided to separate and Shenker has since moved into her own Upper West Side apartment.
She has dealt with the trauma by throwing herself into work and has started dating again.

‘There is one person who has been high in the rankings for me, but until I have an engagement ring… I’m just receiving from the universe,’ she said.
The realtor is clearly keeping the door open – perhaps for Umansky.
Shenker claims her estranged husband has also been dating and they have not yet divorced due to a number of joint financial assets.
‘We still have investments together, so that’s kind of complicated, because it’s like when the investments are doing well, it’s great, but when they’re not doing well, [he’s] like, “send me money.”‘
