Shia LaBeouf allegedly got into another fight in New Orleans this week, a little over a month after he was arrested for brawling in the French Quarter.
LaBeouf was seen shirtless and looking tense in a photo which allegedly showed the aftermath of another dispute on Monday, shortly before midnight.
The 39-year-old actor was reportedly pictured at Le Bon Temps Roule, a New Orleans bar that’s known for its live music offerings, per TMZ.
Bar patrons alleged that LaBeouf whipped his shirt off when he got into a fight just outside the establishment.
They claimed that a group of men drove up in a golf cart and confronted LaBeouf over something he had allegedly done.
The Daily Mail has reached out to LaBeouf’s representatives for comment but has not yet received a response.

The latest reports of LaBeouf allegedly getting into a fight come after he displayed bizarre behavior in Rome, including a disturbing meltdown in which he was recorded screaming ‘f*** you’ at a woman in public.
LaBeouf was previously arrested in New Orleans on February 17 on two counts of misdemeanor battery after allegedly getting into a bar fight.
He was then arrested later in February on a misdemeanor simple battery charge, which was reportedly related to the same incident.
The Transformers star’s arrests could have potentially scuttled his plans earlier this month to travel to Rome — where his father Jeffrey was being baptized — but LaBeouf was granted permission to travel to Italy by a judge.
After his latest alleged fight outside Le Bon Temps Roule, LaBeouf was said to have gone inside the bar to call someone to pick him up.
Patrons of the bar told TMZ that LaBeouf, who left with the person he called, is a regular at the establishment.
However, they described him as usually being well-behaved, in contrast with the alleged brawl outside the bar.
The sources also claimed that the police were not called to respond to the alleged fight.

Just days earlier, LaBeouf was pictured in a shocking video in which he screamed ‘f*** off’ to a woman in public in Rome.
He was seen sitting at a table outside of a restaurant while the woman sat by herself at a table next to his.
Much of what LaBeouf said was inaudible, but he appeared to be speaking in her general direction in a calmer manner, before the sudden exclamation.
The woman continued to look forward and appeared unfazed by the outburst.
It’s unclear if LaBeouf was shouting at her or if his ire was directed elsewhere.
Later in the video, the actor was seen walking down the street and shouting, though he didn’t appear to be addressing any specific person.

LaBeouf had initially requested permission to travel to Italy for ‘religious purposes, including his father’s baptism’ from March 1 to 8, but the request was denied by Judge Simone Levine during a hearing on February 26.
However, LaBeouf had more success with a second request made to magistrate Peter Hamilton.
According to The Guardian, the first request had been rejected because LaBeouf didn’t provide a travel itinerary, but multiple officials knowledgeable about the situation told the publication that a travel itinerary was supplied with the second request.
LaBeouf was arrested on two counts of misdemeanor battery on February 17 following an alleged fight outside a bar in New Orleans’s French Quarter.
He was released the same day on his own recognizance, but Judge Levine later ordered him to pay a $100,000 bond after learning about alleged homophobic slurs the actor had used during the incident, according to The Guardian.
The Even Stevens actor was arrested again in connection with the same incident on a misdemeanor simple battery charge and had his bond set to $5,000, according to TMZ.
According to the New Orleans Police Department incident report, officers were dispatched to R Bar on Royal Street at approximately 12:45 a.m. on February 17 in response to a reported simple battery involving a man who was allegedly ‘causing a disturbance and becoming increasingly aggressive.’
In the narrative section of the report, officers wrote that they were informed ‘a white male subject was aggressive and struck multiple people’ inside the bar.

Judge Levine slammed LaBeouf for his alleged use of the slur against a ‘marginalized community’ that has faced so much ‘terror’ already.
Jeffrey Damnit, who was involved in the altercation, has called LaBeouf’s release ‘ridiculous’ and called for him to be charged with a hate crime.
Eyewitnesses alleged LaBeouf became increasingly aggressive at a business and was escorted out by staff, at which point he allegedly struck one man multiple times with closed fists.
Authorities say the situation escalated when LaBeouf returned to the scene and allegedly assaulted the same victim again before punching a second man in the nose.
Witnesses reportedly attempted to restrain him until police arrived.
LaBeouf was taken to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries before being booked into Orleans Parish Prison. He was charged with two counts of simple battery.
