Shia LaBeouf appeared to be laying low in New Orleans, Louisiana, just days after his chaotic Mardi Gras arrest earlier this week.
On Thursday, the former Disney Channel star, 39, emerged for a walk through a nearby park in an oversized, red San Francisco 49ers shirt and black shorts.
He styled his casual look with a pair of white socks and black slides.
An eyewitness told The Daily Mail that LaBeouf embarked on a three-hour, 6.4-mile journey on foot that took him from Uptown through Central City and into the Lower Garden District and Irish Channel neighborhoods.
After a long morning of walking and stops to a home store and Verizon, he settled on lunch at Saj, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant.
He opted to dine alone in the wake of his recent legal woes following an alleged late-night altercation during Mardi Gras celebrations in the city’s French Quarter.

A day prior, the actor was spotted out visiting two Catholic churches seemingly to mark Ash Wednesday.
According to Page Six, both locations, St. Francis of Assisi and St. Stephen, were closed at the time of his visits.
He later changed into a pink T-shirt, shorts and sneakers as he continued about his day.
His recent outings followed a turbulent Tuesday that ended with LaBeouf behind bars.
The actor was arrested in the early hours after a physical altercation.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, officers were called to Royal Street around 12:45 a.m. following reports of a disturbance involving two adult male victims.
Eyewitnesses allege LaBeouf became increasingly aggressive at a business and was escorted out by staff, at which point he allegedly struck one man multiple times with closed fists.
Authorities say the situation escalated when LaBeouf returned to the scene and allegedly assaulted the same victim again before punching a second man in the nose.

In a statement provided to Daily Mail, the police said: ‘At approximately 12:45am on February 17, 2026, NOPD officers were called to the 1400 block of Royal Street in response to a simple battery where two victims (two adult males), reported being assaulted.

‘Investigators say a man identified as 39-year-old Shia LaBeouf was reportedly causing a disturbance and becoming increasingly aggressive at a Royal Street business.
‘A staff member attempted to eject Mr. LaBeouf from the establishment. Once removed from the building, the victim reported being struck by LaBeouf who used his closed fists on the victim several times.
‘The victims reported that LaBeouf left, but then came back, acting even more aggressive.’
The police said: ‘Multiple people attempted to hold him down – he was eventually let up in hopes that he would leave – but he reportedly again struck the same victim with closed fists to the victim’s upper body. LaBeouf then reportedly assaulted another person – punching him in the nose.

In a video, obtained by TMZ, LaBeouf can be seen receiving medical treatment from paramedics following the alleged clash. However, it remains unclear what led to the confrontation.
The Transformers star, who has a history of legal troubles and addiction, arrived in New Orleans last week for the Mardi Gras festivities.
