Sydney Sweeney was a good sport when a comedian cracked jokes about her chest.
While enjoying a date night with Scooter Braun at The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles on Tuesday, the “Euphoria” star sat front and center as Erik Griffin spoke about her ditching her top on the HBO show.
The 53-year-old quipped that Sweeney’s chest is “always out … for no reason” as Cassie Howard.
Griffin sarcastically said that the Emmy nominee filmed sans top “at the pharmacy,” adding, “It’s wild.”
Sweeney cracked up — as did Braun, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The outlet noted that it is unclear whether Griffin knew the couple, who reportedly held hands under the table throughout the show, were in the audience.
He took the stage before headliner Matt Rife — and after Jackson McQueen called Sweeney and Braun’s seating area the “GroupOn section.”
Sweeney was fresh off her World Series outing earlier that same day with boxer Christy Martin, whom she portrays in the “Christy” biopic.
The “White Lotus” alum, who has been romantically linked to Braun since September, bared all in a sparkling sheer dress designed by Christian Cowan the following evening.
The “Anyone But You” star made a speech, dedicated to Martin, at Variety’s 2025 Power of Women event Wednesday about being “defined” by others and “underestimated” in the industry.
Sweeney has spoken candidly over the years about filming topless “Euphoria” scenes, revealing to the Independent in January 2022 that she requested some be cut that didn’t feel “necessary.”
“I’ve never felt like Riley Cardoza Sam [Levinson] has pushed it on me or was trying to get a nude scene into an HBO show,” she explained.
“When I didn’t want to do it, he didn’t make me,” Sweeney continued, going on to say she was “very proud” of her work on the series despite the stigma surrounding it.
“When a guy has a sex scene or shows his body, he still wins awards and gets praise,” she pointed out. “But the moment a girl does it, it’s completely different.”
Sweeney also clapped back at “disrespectful and distressing” trolls who tagged her brother, Trent Sweeney, in nude photos of her online.
She doubled down on this in a November 2022 interview with GQ, saying, “It got to the point where they were tagging my family. My cousins don’t need that. It’s completely disgusting and unfair.”
At the time, Sweeney described feeling “ostracized” over having “boobs before other girls” in her younger years.
“I was embarrassed and I never wanted to change in the locker room. I think that I put on this weird persona other people had of me because of my body,” the “Handmaid’s Tale” alum recalled.
“So I did play every sport and I studied really hard and I did everything that people wouldn’t think I would do, to show them that my body doesn’t define who I am.”
