Most brides start preparing to walk down the aisle months before their wedding.
Some will cut back on snacks or hit the gym a few extra times a week. Others will get a fake tan for a healthy glow or a touch of filler to eliminate fine lines.
But there’s even more pressure to look perfect when your nuptials are going to be the most talked about wedding of the year. Which is why it comes as no surprise that Taylor Swift has already started her pre-wedding preparations.
The singer is set to exchange vows with her football star beau, Travis Kelce, on June 13, 2026, in Rhode Island.
With the wedding date quickly approaching, an insider has spoken to the Daily Mail about the measures that the pop star is taking to ensure she looks her best on the big day.
In addition, plastic surgeons have weighed in on any possible cosmetic enhancements that the award-winning songstress, 36, has recently got after she stepped out last week looking noticeably different.
The singer attended the iHeartRadio Awards on March 26 – her first public appearance in months – and it sparked a slew of rumors that she had got fillers or Botox after some fans claimed her face had changed.
New York-based plastic surgeon Elie Levine, who does not treat Swift, agreed that Swift’s chin seemed ‘better defined with a smoother contour and more definition and prominence.’

He told the Daily Mail that Swift ‘most likely’ opted for fillers, but added that ‘there are laser and radio frequency skin tightening devices that may assist as well.’
‘There may be feathering along the entire jawline as well,’ he added after looking at pictures of the star, ‘which creating more youthful confident appearance.’
Dr David Shafer, who did not treat Swift either, theorized that she had some Botox since he noted that her skin ‘appeared smoother’ and her eyebrows looked ‘slightly lifted.’
‘It’s also possible she used an energy device such as radiofrequency which can help tighten the skin and stimulate collagen,’ he added.
According to a source, Swift is pretty relaxed when it comes to preparing for her big day and ‘hasn’t gone full force’ like some brides do.
They explained that she isn’t on a strict diet and hasn’t cut things out that may cause her to gain weight – like alcohol – but instead is just focused on ‘doing things in moderation.’
The insider added that Swift has always prioritized her health and didn’t have to change much when it came to her pre-wedding regimen.
‘Travis and Taylor have always eaten well because he has to always be ready for his on-field performance, and she had to eat healthy when she was on her tour,’ they explained.
Plastic surgeon Elie Levine, who did not treat Swift directly, said her ‘chin’ recently seemed ‘better defined with a smoother contour and more definition and prominence.’ Swift is seen left in 2024 and right at the iHeartRadio Awards on March 26

‘She had to maintain a routine to be healthy [for her shows]… She just continuously maintains the person she always has been.’
The source said Swift has added a ‘lot more sleep’ to her schedule to feel rested ahead of her vows. But, they added, ‘She’s been in pretty good shape forever, so it is not going to be hard to get to the place where she wants to be in the next few months.’
Swift’s personal trainer Kirk Myers previously told Vogue that he and the star are in the gym together ‘up to six days a week for sometimes two hours a day.’
He said they focus on strength, conditioning and targeting her core, which is integral to keeping her in shape for performing, singing and dancing.
According to our insider, the best way Swift feels she can prepare for her big day is by being happy and relaxed – and not stressing over the little things.
The Daily Mail has reached out to a representative for Swift and Kelce for comment.
Us Weekly reported earlier this week that the couple is expecting 150 guests at their upcoming nuptials.
‘It won’t be a huge wedding, but there will be many celebrities,’ a source told the outlet.
Swift’s celebrity pals include Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Emma Stone and Zoë Kravitz. Kelce’s best friends are his brother Jason Kelce, teammate Patrick Mahomes and Hollywood actor Miles Teller.

Swift’s home in the Watch Hill neighborhood in Westerly, Rhode Island, where the wedding will take place
The wedding will take place at her $18million Rhode Island mansion, which has a view of the ocean and generous adjacent lawns.
‘They feel confident hosting it there,’ the insider told Us Weekly. ‘The entire area will be very private and guarded.’
And there will be some spillover at the Ocean House, a five-star seaside resort nearby, it was claimed.
‘The guest list grew, so the ceremony and private gatherings associated with the wedding [will be split between the venues],’ a second source told Us Weekly.
The wedding will be traditional, with Swift’s dad reportedly walking her down the aisle, and will include ‘all the classic touches, like the father-daughter and mother-son dances.’
‘Taylor loves those emotional, meaningful moments, and Travis [is] on the same page,’ the source explained.
The pair are reportedly eyeing white flowers, gold wedding bands and a traditional 1950s-style wedding cake.
As far as her wedding gown, it has been speculated she may go with designers such as Sarah Burton (creative director at Givenchy), Vivienne Westwood or Oscar de la Renta.
It was said that neither Swift nor Kelce wanted a huge wedding.
The outlet reported that the couple had been weighing the option for a larger or smaller, more intimate wedding, but that, at the time of publication, they had ‘scaled it down’ from what would have been a ‘massive blowout.’
The source added that Swift and Kelce are ‘both involved and making decision together’ and are ‘focused on actually enjoying the process rather than getting caught up in the pressure.’
