She uploaded a charming album of her latest ‘Weekend adventures’ with Theo, whose face was obscured in all the photos she shared of him.
They could be seen going to look at flamingos in a pond, gazing out at what appeared to be a lake and perusing a San Diego bookstore.
The last time she posted an Instagram snap of Theo was in February 2024, when she shared a heartwarming image of him looking over the produce at a fruit market.
Nichols rarely posts to her Instagram page at all, to the point this week’s album contained the first photos she had uploaded there since September 2024.
Kardashian first became involved with Thompson in 2016 when his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig was still pregnant with his eldest son Prince, nine.
Although Craig claimed she was still with Thompson when he took up with Kardashian, the reality star has insisted she thought he was single at the time.

She made the shock discovery about Thompson when her sister Kim Kardashian read a story on the Daily Mail exclusively revealing the news that the former NBA player had admitted to fathering a child in court papers.
An emotional Khloe was seen breaking down in tears as she slammed Tristan for ‘humiliating’ her with another public scandal.
‘I called him and was just like, what have you got to say? It was more yelling on my end, but him talking, trying to plead his case. There’s not much to talk about in my opinion,’ Khloe said later in the episode.
‘It’s a joke, it’s gross, it’s a joke, it’s embarrassing, it’s disgusting, we’re all over it. I’m like, I didn’t buy tickets to this f***ing circus but somehow I’m watching all these clowns act out in front of me,’ she added.
