If the couples’ loyalty wasn’t already being tested enough, the presence of a playful person behind the scenes is determined to make sure no one survives the weekend, adding another element of tension to the situation.

Mina is discussing her upcoming trip with Charlie, Charlie’s colleague, and Josh’s new girlfriend. Meanwhile, Josh reaches the spot to take Meena home. Michelle smiles proudly for Josh, Charlie’s longtime boyfriend, whose life has taken a turn for the better.

Josh seems to have had rough teenage years, spending time in prison, but his life seems to be getting better after Mina’s appearance. The next day, Josh and Mina show up at Charlie’s doorstep, accompanied by Reggie, the dog.

She is running towards the edge of the cliff and she falls. We don’t show her body in the sea below because we wanted to leave it to the audience to have their own interpretation of whether or not she survived the fall.

During a two-night stay at the rental, two important things happen: Charlie and Mina spill acid and sleep with each other, and they discover that there are video cameras throughout the house, which allow Charlie and Mina to get into the shower.

Fucking and catching. Charlie and Mina search the video cameras, but the twist here is that they can’t call the police – because that would reveal their affair – and they can’t tell their respective spouses for the same reason, so they don’t Can leave, one of the two.

It’s a neat little hack that rules out the possibility of losing service or using the phone without relying on everyone’s phone battery being drained. Taylor arrives, fixes the hot tub, and is almost out the door when Mina asks to see him.

After an alleged introduction the day before, with Mina, but verbally accusing Taylor of racist behavior towards her, Mina takes Taylor to the bathroom to show her the secret camera in the shower. Takes one in.

Ever since Mina and Charlie discover the camera, they are stunned, knowing that it filmed them hooking up behind Michelle and Josh’s backs and could be used against them.

In a shocking twist, the killer calmly goes back into the house and removes all cameras and video equipment from hiding places, making it clear that he, not the host, is the group to record and uncover the case was responsible for.

The killer also tries to scratch Josh and Meena’s dog Reggie on the head. Earlier in the film, Reggie disappeared, causing the group to think their racist host had taken him, but this moment implies that it was the killer (yet) who was responsible for Reggie’s temporary disappearance.
