We tried the buttery soft style

These pajamas feel luxe – but the price won’t give you nightmares.

After years of reporting on stars’ favorite loungewear styles — including their often pricey pajamas — I’ve always been intrigued by Nordstrom’s Moonlight Eco Pajamas.

They look strikingly similar to several over-$100 (and in some cases over-$200) sets celebrities wear, but the $65 price tag is a comparative steal.

So, with “Sleep Month” here — and Daylight Savings Time wreaking havoc on my sleep schedule — I got my hands on a pair.

While the full-length version looks like something an A-lister would wear while getting red carpet-ready, I opted for the short-sleeve version since I (and my apartment) run hot, even in the winter.

From the first moment I slipped them on, I knew I’d never want to go back to my old cotton sleepwear. The tencel modal fabric feels like butter, making for a dreamy sleep in more ways than one.

Having tried plenty of uncomfortable PJ shorts in the past, I also love that the bottoms fit in a loose, boxer-like way. (The top also has a baggy, forget-you’re-wearing-it fit.)

I own several more expensive pajamas, and I can attest that these feel just as soft and high-quality.

While I picked the light blue striped version, they’re available in eight colors — from neutrals like black and navy to limited-edition shades like bright red and pink florals.

Given how comfy they are, the biggest problem might be wanting to shop them all.
