Demi Sims hails from Essex, England, and was born under the Virgo zodiac sign on 6 September 1996, which makes her 27 years old as of early 2024. She’s the daughter of the pro boxing trainer and promoter Tony Sims, but hasn’t disclosed the name and profession of her mother.
