The Prince’s Trust Awards were given a touch of Hollywood glamour on Tuesday afternoon as Amal Clooney made a glamorous appearance at London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane – albeit without A-list husband George.
The human rights lawyer led a star-studded red carpet convoy that also featured popular Bridgerton actress Phoebe Dynevor and TV presenter Fearne Cotton as the annual event got underway within the iconic Covent Garden venue.
Sponsored by TK Maxx and HomeSense, the special event celebrates individuals and organisations supported by the charity who have achieved incredible accomplishments, with the winners given the opportunity to share their stories.
Launched by Charles, Prince of Wales in 1976, the charity assists young people from disadvantaged and impoverished areas in developing key life skills while providing the opportunity to develop stable careers.
Greeting onlookers ahead of the ceremony, Amal, 44, looked stunning in a red floral dress that served to compliment her slender physique as she posed for photos.
Conventional white stiletto heels completed the outfit, while a tasteful white leather clutch appeared to be her only visible accessory.
With no George on the day due to filming commitments Amal was accompanied by her glamorous mother Baria Alamuddin, whose stylish cream co-ord ensured she claimed her own share of the spotlight.
The lawyer was attending the event to hand out the Amal Clooney Women’s Empowerment Award sponsored by Charlotte Tilbury; the award highlights the work of young women who have pushed against the limitations and made a lasting difference in their communities.

Former boxer Nicola Adams also joined the party with pregnant girlfriend Ella Baig, and the young influencer’s growing baby bump stood out as she posed for photos in a sweeping red gown.
Hollywood stars Tamsin Edgerton and Josh Hartnett added further glamour to the event, as did a very dapper looking Sir Ben Kingsley.
