On Wednesday, Amanda was left completely stunned when a man proposed to his girlfriend during her breakfast show.
The presenter was in Leicester Square asking passersby ‘what’s the weirdest thing you are carrying around with you?’ for her radio show when the man suddenly proposed.
The man had already been carrying around an engagement ring as he already had plans to pop the question, but seized the opportunity and asked his girlfriend to marry him then instead.
Sweet photographs showed Amanda grinning as she clutched a microphone while the man got down on one knee.
His girlfriend looked completely surprised as she grinned while looking down at her partner.
Luckily, the proposal went smoothly as the happy couple pulled each other in for a loving embrace.
Amanda appeared thrilled to be a part of the intimate moment, which came as she interviewed members of the public for her radio show.
