Something major is unfolding in the courtroom—and Aubrey O’Day is watching closely. As Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial enters its final stretch, the reality show alum is speaking out. Aubrey O’Day Speaks On Diddy’s Trial

Aubrey O’Day, known from Danity Kane and ‘Making the Band,’ has apparently been paying close attention to Diddy’s case. In a recent exclusive with E! News, Aubrey shared her hopes for the trial’s outcome, revealing she wants accountability, both personally and professionally.

“Justice for me in this setting,” she said, “I would like to see all of the crimes that I know are true, for him to serve time for all of those, personally.” Aubrey continued, “Professionally, I would like the prosecution to have done such an incredible job that nobody had any questions right now.” And, “I would like to see a world in which they really connected the dots. I’d like to see them really bring home the charges that they indicted him for.”

Why Didn’t Aubrey Testify In The Trial?

Combs, who pleads not guilty, faces charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. And, many expected Aubrey to testify, after her former bandmate, Dawn Richard, took the stand in May. However, Aubrey made it clear that she was relieved to sit this one out.

“I don’t wish for things like testifying in a federal trial,” she said. “I wish for inner peace and a really good boba tea.” Aubrey also mentioned that she never expected a subpoena, revealing, “This wouldn’t be a situation in which I’m meant to speak in,” adding, “because these are specific crimes.”

Additionally, in a separate video with ET, when asked how she’d react if the music mogul is not convicted on at least one of the charges, Aubrey didn’t hold back.

“I don’t have that in the range of my thoughts right now,” she revealed when asked if he will walk free. But if that outcome does happen, she joked she’d “buy a ticket to Bali.”  She added, “I mean, if he were to walk free, he’s coming after everybody.”

What We Know As The Diddy Trial Concludes?

Now, with the processing of evidence winding down after weeks of intense testimony, closing arguments wrap up this week in Combs’ trial. Additionally, Prosecutor Christy Slavik urged the jury to see Combs as the head of a “criminal enterprise.” The prosecution’s argument reported coerced, opioid‑fueled “freak‑offs” involving ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, plus assault claims from employees, emphasizing his alleged use of power, violence, and intimidation.

Furthermore, in response, defense attorney Marc Agnifilo depicted Diddy as a “swinger” with a violent temper—but not a criminal mastermind—mocking the government’s focus on seized baby oil and AstroGlide as overblown. And Diddy’s legal team also argued that the accusers are motivated by money. But, Combs, who did not testify, waived calling witnesses after moving for a judgment of acquittal on all counts. Now, post-rebuttals and jury instructions, deliberations are expected to begin Monday, with a verdict looming next week.
