The Britain’s Got Talent semi-finals kicked off on Monday night with a bang.

And Tuesday’s episode is set to be just as explosive, with eight acts returning to the stage to battle it out for the next round.

Rapper and pianist duo Flintz & T4ylor impressed Alesha with their original piece of music, after only meeting on the day of their audition.

Scoring the golden buzzer and a standing ovation from the judges, the pair were catapulted to Tuesday’s semi-final.

And they’re set to compete against another musical act in the form of the Voices of The Armed Forces Children’s Choir.

Bringing the room to tears during their audition, the choir are made up of six to 18-year-olds, who are the children of people who have or are currently serving in the armed forces, with the act paying an heartfelt tribute to their families.

And it’ll be a tough one to call, as the other end of the spectrum sees Ranger Chris return – who brought a smile onto Simon’s face with his dancing dinosaurs.

Hoping to bring back that grin is schoolboy comedian Dante Marvin, who performed an original comedy song about his brittle bone disease during his audition.

Impressionist Ben Nickless will also be battling it out for his place in the Royal Variety show, after scoring four yesses with his impressions.

But the lineup wouldn’t be complete without a touch of magic, as nine-year-old Ryland Petty is making a comeback, after having Amanda under his spell during his audition.

Finally, escapologist Andrew Basso completes the semi-final cast, who undoubtably will be performing another stomach-churning escape act.

And adding even more entertainment will be the cast of Back To The Future: The Musical, who are appearing on the show to take an electrifying ride back in time with the new musical.

It comes after the first live show of the week saw opera singer Maxwell Thorpe win the public vote, as he heads to the next stage alongside runner-up ventriloquist Jamie Leahey, 13.

Jamie was in the top two acts alongside magician Junwoo, as judges Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams were tasked with the decision of who to send through – ultimately reaching a deadlock and sending it back to the public vote.
