Joe Biden’s Department of Justice is attempting to conceal 400 pages of documents that reportedly contain sensitive information regarding Hunter and Jim Biden’s business dealings with China, Russia, and Ukraine.
Back in March, Colorado lawyer Kevin Evans sued the DOJ for failing to release the records on the Bidens’ dealing under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Evans, who filed his initial FOIA request in November 2020, claimed that government lawyers had initially said that they had at least 400 pages of ‘potentially relevant’ documents pertaining to ‘any relationship, communication, gift(s), and/or remuneration in any form’ between Joe Biden’s son Hunter or brother Jim and China, Russia, or Ukraine.
However, the very same government lawyers are now saying they can “neither confirm nor deny” the existence of such records.
“I don’t know how the heck they now can take the position that Glomar is applicable,” said Evans. “To me, it seems the cat’s out of the bag here after having disclosed the documents exist.”
“I’m quite confident that they will move for summary judgment on the privacy exemptions under FOIA,” continued Evans. “But I don’t think they should be in this instance, particularly when they’ve disclosed and put on the record that potentially responsive documents exist.”

“The problem is,” added Evans, “FOIA has become a toothless vehicle. Courts do not comply with the spirit of the law, they’re more inclined to bend over backward to accept the government’s position rather than force disclosure.”
In October, the federal agents working on the investigation into Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings said that there is enough evidence to criminally prosecute Hunter with tax crimes and making false statements related to a gun purchase.
David Weiss, a Justice Department prosecutor who was appointed by President Donald Trump, is considering a criminal case against Hunter with possible allegations of money laundering, illegal foreign lobbying, and tax crimes, all related to overseas business dealings.
In addition to the 400 pages being hidden by the DOJ, the National Archives and Records Administration is reportedly preparing to release hundreds of internal documents from the time of Barack Obama’s presidency. These records supposedly contain information about Hunter’s relationship with the Ukrainian gas company Burisma.
At the time of Obama’s presidency, and Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter was on the board of Burisma and was getting paid $83,000 each month.
Unfortunately, the Biden regime will be able to veto the release of these records by invoking executive privilege, which would keep them hidden until 2029.
