Brooklyn Beckham has been critiqued AGAIN for his latest cooking video as he attempted to make fettuccine alfredo on Friday.

The son on footballer David and fashion designer, 23, was called out by his followers on social media as he cooked up the simple dish – while promoting a milk brand.

Many were quite rightly quick to point out that he had used spaghetti instead of the proper fettuccine pasta and made a béchamel sauce instead of an alfredo one.

Others highlighted how he didn’t even season the dish – as one joked in the comments that ‘inflation is hitting everybody’ as he left out key ingredients.

One wrote underneath: ‘No no and again no! So many mistakes in only one dish! Please no!’

Another said: ‘Do you not seasoning anything at all? Just milk? Guess inflation is hitting everybody.’

A third angry viewer wrote: ‘You literally described an entirely different dish to the one that’s in your video.

‘You didn’t use fettuccine and you didn’t make an Alfredo sauce. You used no seasoning or cheese and quite honestly, it looks disgusting. I’d say try again but I honestly dread to think of what you’ll mess up next time.’

A fourth said: ‘Where’s the seasoning where’s the cheese… where’s all the good stuff …just milk?.’

Someone else wrote: ‘Where’s the fettuccine?’

He began his dish by making the milky sauce before combining with the cooked pasta in a frying pan and topping with herb garnish once in the bowl.

It comes after last week Brooklyn challenged his father David to a pancake-flipping contest as he showed fans his attempt at the delicious treat.

He shared a slow-motion video flipping his pancake, while asking his dad to attempt the same move with his ‘eyes closed’ in honour of Shrove Tuesday.

While David was quick to respond praising his son’s ‘good pancake,’ many of Brooklyn’s followers weren’t so keen.

Some of Brooklyn’s followers noted his pancake was ‘too thick’ and ‘looked burnt,’ though others were quick to defend his baking skills.

Brooklyn has previously come under fire for using lavish ingredients in his Instagram cooking tutorials, including an excessive use of truffles while cooking a tagliatelle.

In the slow-motion clip, Brooklyn showed he’d inherited his dad’s pancake flipping skills, even proceeding to turn one while his eyes were covered.

He captioned the video: ‘@davidbeckham but could you do it with your eyes closed.’

His father then responded in the comments: ‘I couldn’t do it with my eyes open, looks a good pancake @brooklynpeltzbeckham.’

Earlier in the day, David had shared a clip of himself while flipping pancakes for himself and daughter Harper, with wife Victoria joking that he was ‘such a tosser.’

Many of Brooklyn’s weren’t so keen on his attempt at a pancake, with some noting it was ‘way too thick.’

One wrote: ‘That’s not a pancake that’s too thick,’ while another added: ‘Burnt tho.’

A third added: ‘That’s not a pancake it’s a bloody cake!’

One fan added: ‘Looks more like an omlette lol,’ while one also shared: ‘That pancake is way too thick!’

However, some users defended Brooklyn, with one writing: ‘Everyone slating the pancake that’s how I like mine and I don’t understand people who don’t like him and leave nasty comments but still follow him,, what’s the words oh yeah be kind ‼️‼️’

Another commented: ‘He’s being cheeky w his dad , it’s funny . Please stop taking the pancake so seriously…’

‘I don’t get all the hate for him. Just leave him alone and scroll on. I like his post,’ a third added.

Brooklyn has previously been slammed by his followers for his use of expensive ingredients and basic recipes while cooking for Instagram viewers.

He recently used truffle to whip up a tagliatelle, and gushed in the caption that he could never use too much in his dish.

According to 2021 estimates, winter black truffle has an average price of $20.49 per ounce, while burgundy black truffle costs $24.93 per ounce and summer black truffle is worth $22.57 per ounce. It is not known what type of truffle Brooklyn used.

Last month, Brooklyn also splashed out hundreds of pounds making his controversial ‘Michelin style’ Sunday roast.

Butchers told MailOnline that the meat appeared to be a five kilo cut of 28 day dry aged sirloin which would be worth between £200 and £300 at a meat market.

Brooklyn also used copius amounts of butter, which is currently at a sky high price due to a global milk shortage.

Shocked fans rushed to comment on the cost of the meal, with one commenting: ‘What pains me the most is that probably cost more than most British families can afford to spend on food in a wk. [sic]’

Others added: ‘Heart attack on a plate. Totally unnecessary amount of it. Most peoples budgets do not include ‘ aged’ any kind of meat. In fact those black gloves put me right off anyway. So unappealing!’;

‘Couldn’t afford the amount of butter used! Rather pay a tenna for carvery than 80 quid in butter’; ‘Wonder the cost because the butter price was about £430’.

However, Brooklyn also recently showed his fans a more budget-friendly option, as he recreated the famous ‘Scouse soup,’ which can as little as £2 a portion.

However, fans took to the comments to criticise the recipe, saying he should have  made the soup from scratch and added more vegetables, rather than using a carton of supermarket broth.

He penned the caption: ‘Scouse soup x one of my favourite dishes’, for the clip, which was dubbed to Marvin Gaye’s How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You).

However, fans took to the comments to criticise the recipe, saying he should have  made the soup from scratch and added more vegetables.

One wrote: ‘Carton stock? Don’t get me wrong, I use it all the time, but a chef would never.’

Another agreed, writing: ‘Looking good . But if u love cooking u should make your own broth from bones and veggies. And make all from scratch.’

A third said: ‘Literally not scouse … all Liverpudlians rolling their eyes’.

While a fourth added: ‘Looks like inflation has hit Brooklyn hard by the lack of veggies’.

And a fifth savagely quipped: ‘What’s next. Makes bread, by slicing and buttering bread.’

He often shares his food creations on Instagram, but was recently accused of making a recipe that school children would learn in food technology lessons.

Earlier this week, fans have claimed his a vegan lasagne was ‘basic’ and ‘lacked finesse’ as they critiqued his twist on the Italian classic.

In the tutorial, Brooklyn was seen chopping up onions, garlic and aubergine, before adding them to a pot with a bag of plant-based meat alternative and pre-prepared tomato sauce.

It wasn’t clear if Brooklyn had previously whipped up the sauce himself, but it wasn’t shown during the video as he added it into the mix.

Brooklyn has largely been cooking for Instagram videos over the past few years as he shares basic tips with his followers on meals such as burgers and sandwiches.

Late last year Brooklyn fans were left bemused after the self-confessed ‘kitchen nutter’ filmed himself making easy cocktails.

The aspiring chef was teaching Bustle viewers how to make a Lychee Martini and a gin and tonic.

He then claimed he’s ‘very experimental’ when making drinks but proceeded to make a gin and tonic with the two most obvious ingredients.

In the video, Brooklyn could be heard saying: ‘I’m very experimental, I love trying to make new drinks, trying new recipes, you know I’m a nutter in the kitchen.

He added: ‘I used to love going to the pub with my friends but obviously now I’m married and have my best friend with me all the time our favourite nights are staying in when I cook and make drinks.

Fans were left baffled at the bizarre video and claimed Brooklyn or his management were ‘trolling’ them.

One wrote: ‘I still can’t work out if Brooklyn is trolling us or the people who manage Brooklyn are trolling him’

Another fan said: ‘It’s a gin and tonic mate. Any 8 year old with luvvies for parents can make one’

A third penned: ‘Come on be fair he did squeeze some mint to get the smell out’
