Cardi B candidly opened up about childbirth while promoting her new album on The Breakfast Club last week.
The Bronx native was in her hometown on Friday, where she was a guest on the New York City radio show.
‘My second baby, [he’s] too big — he broke me,’ Cardi, 32, said about delivering her four-year-old son Wave while discussing how she plans to stay in shape while touring amid her fourth pregnancy.
Referring to her firstborn, seven-year-old daughter Kulture, she added, ‘The first one, I had to stitch.’
Bewildered co-host Loren Lorosa then asked, ‘Stitch what?’ before Cardi answered, ‘The cat,’ in reference to her vagina. She went on to say that her vagina ‘ripped’ when she gave birth.
Cardi, born Belcalis Almánzar, explained that ‘now things are just a little different and I’m more experienced’ after having three kids.

And the rapper said that after having her youngest child just one year ago, she expects the birth of her fourth child to come with ease.
The Bodak Yellow hitmaker shared that she worked out up until the final weeks of her third pregnancy, resulting in a quick recovery after welcoming her daughter.
She stated, ‘Like, the third one was so easy, so I’m expecting this one to be as easy as well, in the name of the Lord. That’s why I’m like, “I just did it last year. I can do it [again].”‘
Cardi shares Kulture, Wave, and one-year-old Blossom with her estranged husband Offset, 33.
‘This is my fourth rodeo,’ she said in anticipation of her fourth child and first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, 31.
Cardi confirmed her baby news on Wednesday following months of rumors.
‘I’m excited, I’m happy, I feel like I’m in a good space,’ the WAP rapper said to Gayle King on CBS Mornings.
In regards to the speculation that swirled for weeks ahead of her announcement, she said, ‘I felt like: “Can I just say it on my own time?” I’m not hiding.’

Cardi has been busy promoting her sophomore album Am I the Drama?
Additionally, the former Love & Hip-Hop personality revealed her due date is before her Little Miss Drama tour begins in February.
She insisted in a recent Instagram video: ‘After this album run, it’s straight to exercising, it’s straight to dance classes. When the baby [comes] out, my body will be loose — and straight rehearsals with all my dancers. I’m not playin’.
‘I owe this to myself and I owe this to my fans that have been waiting for such a long time. I know we don’t live for the fans but I owe this to y’all.’
She emphasized, ‘I owe this album to y’all, I owe this tour to y’all, and it has to be the best of the best.’
Cardi’s sophomore album Am I the Drama?, released on September 19, is the follow-up to 2018’s Grammy-winning album Invasion of Privacy.
