When it comes to politics, my best advice is typically to park your anger at the door. Emotionally lashing out about every development and revelation will leave you exhausted and depressed, given the sheer amount of news constantly being generated. Because of that, I typically try to write with some degree of levity, offering sarcasm and snark where anger might otherwise exist.
Today is not one of those days, though.
What I’ve seen in the aftermath of yet another “transgender” murderer targeting a Christian school, this time in Minnesota, has shaken me to my core. It has wiped out any delusion that the Democratic Party could be reasoned with, replaced by the recognition of the sheer evil being propagated.
As RedState reported, the disgusting slop from the left began with the Democrat Mayor of Minneapolis proclaiming, “And don’t just say this is about ‘thoughts and prayers,’ right now. These kids were literally praying!”

Other Democrats quickly followed his lead, whether they were politicians or members of the press.
Prayer is not freaking enough. Prayers does not end school shootings. prayers do not make parents feel safe sending their kids to school. Prayer does not bring these kids back. Enough with the thoughts and prayers.

These children were probably praying when they were shot to death at catholic school. Don’t give us your fucking thoughts and prayers.
Trump got rid of the Office of Gun Violence Prevention. Trump gutted the resources that were in place to keep our communities safe. https://t.co/Jd0ad8pY3E

MSNBC talking head Michael Steele, while interviewing Rep. Ilhan Omar, went so far as to call prayer a “lie.”

At about the same time, Mayor Jacob Frey was doubling down on CNN, claiming “thoughts and prayers are not enough.”

There were many more examples, but let me explain something to these grotesque ghouls. Christians pray because they actually believe in the power and importance of prayer. To say it’s “not enough” is to attack the very core of their religion, which is the knowledge that God is enough, no matter what evil manifests in the world. To call prayer a “lie” is to spit in the face of the Christians who were murdered by this mentally ill “transgender” killer.
It is infuriating that the broader left feels so comfortable demeaning Christians, even when they are the target of violent attacks. All the while, they try to claim some moral high ground by insisting that yet another ineffective law will stop deranged people from doing deranged things. Never do they acknowledge the core issue, though. In fact, Frey did the opposite, rushing to defend the mentally ill “trans community” as righteous above the Christian community, the latter of which was an afterthought in his commentary.
Jacob Frey just doubled down on saying that you are a bad person if you point out the school shooter is trans:
“Anybody that is going to use to villainize the trans community has lost touch with common humanity.” pic.twitter.com/9WCHXi4rsI

Imagine talking a steaming dump on the deeply held religious beliefs of the people who were murdered, trashing prayer as meaningless, and then turning around and promoting the “trans community” that produced this murderous psychopath as the real victims. Saying that behavior is beyond the pale doesn’t begin to describe the disgusting insanity of it all.
I’m tired. I’m tired of disrespectful Democrats with god complexes believing they hold power over the real God. Bashing prayer as a falsehood to feign outrage over a shooting that took the lives of Christians while they were praying is sociopathic behavior. Minnesota already has strict “gun control,” including red flag laws. The solution for evil is not more pointless virtue signaling by politicians that serves to make people feel like they are “doing something” while accomplishing nothing.
I also have zero interest in being lectured about inaction from depraved people who continue to promote “gender-affirming care,” including pumping people full of massive doses of cross-sex hormones to “affirm” their mental delusions. Democrats have led society off a cliff with their “transgender” ideology, and they refuse to respond to reason. They are responsible for creating this environment, and trying to deflect by attacking the prayers of Christians isn’t going to relieve them of that.
