Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ is back in a federal courtroom for his sex-trafficking and racketeering trial in New York City.
The music mogul, 55, could spend the rest of his life in prison if he is found guilty of using his wealth and fame to run a criminal enterprise for two decades.
The dramatic testimony continued on Tuesday.
Among witnesses was Eddy Garcia, who a hotel security guard who worked at the Intercontinental in Los Angeles in 2016, when the rapper was filmed beating his girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in the halls.
He told jurors how Diddy bribed him to delete the tape – offering him $100,000 to get rid of it. The footage infamously emerged in May 2024.
Tuesday’s testimony comes after that of Diddy’s former assistant and alleged victim Mia, who followed Cassie as the second of three key prosecution witnesses.
The third, using the pseudonym ‘Jane,’ will testify later this week.
Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty. His lawyers concede he could be violent, but he denies using threats or his music industry clout to commit abuse.
