An exotic dancer demanded $250,000 from Jeffrey Epstein claiming she performed ‘various sex acts’ on the disgraced financier and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, legal documents show.

The unnamed woman claims to have been chauffeured to a 2006 party at Epstein’s Palm Beach home where she says she danced for the men before they asked her for a ‘threesome’.

The shocking claim has been unearthed by the Daily Mail in a tranche of more than three million Epstein-related documents released by the US Department of Justice.

The massive disclosure on Friday has once again thrown scrutiny on Andrew’s embarrassing ties to Epstein – links that have already seen him stripped of his titles.

In a letter dated March 23, 2011, the woman’s lawyer alleged that the billionaire had breached his oral contract by failing to pay her the $10,000 promised for performing at a party at his Florida home.

According to the letter, she was described as a ‘popular dancer at Rachel’s Strip Club’ and was one of several women allegedly offered the sum to attend.

Her attorney, William K Vogeler, wrote that during the party his client observed other provocatively dressed young women, with some appearing to be as ‘young as 14 years old’.

He stated that she was directed to an ‘upstairs bedroom’ and Epstein introduced her to his guest, the then Prince Andrew.

‘My client then danced for the men, undressing until she was wearing only a bra and panties.

‘Mr. Epstein and Prince Andrew then told my client they wanted to have a threesome,’ he claimed.

‘She said she was hired to dance, not to have sex. Mr Epstein said they would pay her later for dancing, and they prevailed upon her to engage in various sex acts.

‘After the men had satisfied themselves’ the lawyer claimed, ‘they invited my client to take a trip with them to the Virgin Islands. She declined their invitation.’

The lawyer, from Gruenbeck and Vogeler, afirm based in southern California, said that his client was then chauffeured back to the strip club but only ever received $2,000 of the $10,000 promised.

There is no suggestion of any wrongdoing by Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor with the exotic dancer mentioned in the emails.

Emails between Epstein’s former lawyers later described the demand as a ‘shake down/extortion’.

The woman’s lawyer said she had delayed pursuing her claims until now because she was ‘not proud of the circumstances of that night’.

It is not known if Epstein ever settled the claim which came just weeks after the now notorious picture of the former Prince with his arm around Virginia Giuffre first emerged in February 2011

‘She was working as an exotic dancer, but she was treated like a prostitute,’ Mr Vogeler added.

He said that his client wished to keep her name confidential for purposes of the settlement but was willing to pursue her claim ‘in the public courts if necessary’.

Mr Vogeler argued that her allegations amounted to ‘breach of an oral contract, quantum meruit and various torts’.

He said the woman would agree to ‘keep confidential her interactions’ with Epstein and the then Prince Andrew in exchange for a payment of $250,000 – giving him just nine days to pay up.

This is not the first time Andrew has been linked to exotic dancers at one of Epstein’s parties.

Reports in 2019 revealed a former lap dancer claimed that the ex-prince buried his face in her chest at Epstein’s New York mansion at an event in the 1990s.

The woman said that Epstein frequently hired women to suit Andrew’s taste.

Andrew is also facing fresh legal pressure after a second woman alleged that Epstein flew her to Britain for sex.

The unnamed woman says she was taken to Buckingham Palace for tea afterwards.

Her US lawyer this week issued an ultimatum to Andrew and the Royal Family to discuss the claims or face court action.

The woman claims she was in her 20s when, at Epstein’s request, she spent a night with Andrew at his Royal Lodge home in 2010.

Under the cover of darkness, Andrew finally moves out

By Rebecca English and Noor Qurashi

Shamed Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has done a ‘midnight flit’ from Windsor to start his new life at Sandringham.

He left Royal Lodge under cover of darkness late on Monday and was driven more than 130 miles to Norfolk to avoid the humiliation of being seen quitting the last vestige of his former life.

The King’s brother, who was stripped of his titles last autumn, is believed to be staying temporarily at Wood Farm, Prince Philip’s former home on Charles’s private estate, while work continues on his new home, Marsh Farm.

The Daily Mail has reported that it is expected to be ready by Easter, with the King funding his brother’s new life privately. Buckingham Palace did not comment last night.

The news follows the publication of an email yesterday in which Andrew appeared to tell paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein that he wanted to be his ‘pet’.

Police have also announced they are investigating an allegation that Epstein trafficked a second woman to the UK to have sex with Andrew.

Sources discounted suggestions that the King had forced Andrew to leave Windsor early over the latest Epstein revelations. While it is likely that Charles has been dismayed by the allegations, he has no right to force his brother’s hand.

However, increased public scrutiny inevitably made the ex-prince ‘see sense’.

Royal insiders have also expressed their frustration with the continual stream of photographs and footage of the prince out riding or smiling and waving to passers-by from his car, particularly in the present circumstances.

Insiders have also told the Daily Mail that Andrew may pop up at Windsor again ‘from time to time’ to complete his move or go riding.

They suggested it would take ‘some time’ to clear the £30million, 31-bedroom Royal Lodge of every last box, and that the former Duke of York is likely to need to go back to stay occasionally over the next few months. ‘He will now live in Norfolk but may be back at Windsor from time to time,’ a source said.

The Sun reported that a ‘steady stream of vehicles’ were seen leaving the Windsor mansion after his exit.

Last month, Andrew visited Marsh Farm to check on progress there. For weeks, workers have been doing up the empty farm with extra security measures, including a 6ft wooden fence to reduce visibility from the road.

Workers have been seen using a JCB in the garden and installing security lights.

A drone ban was extended last autumn to cover his home. Technicians were even spotted setting up Sky TV at the farm, where the last tenant is understood to have died some years ago.

In the midst of his moves, royal sources have told the Daily Mail that ‘providing testimony is now a matter for Andrew and his conscience’, in relation to the Epstein investigation.

Insiders said it was always a principle that those who have relevant information should ‘participate in any lawful inquiry on any subject’.

Despite a dripfeed of damning revelations, Andrew has maintained his silence.

He has regularly been seen driving and riding around Windsor, and was photographed smiling and waving to onlookers. It now seems likely that he was trying to enjoy his final days at his home of 22 years.

It is believed that King Charles was not aware of the level of detail in the latest Epstein Files, with Buckingham Palace apparently learning about the new material at the same time as the public.
